“They decided to put chemicals in the pool at noon on the weekend of Fourth of July. So the pool was unusable from noon till the next morning. That really was the only reason we were stopping midway between trips to give our kids a break. Why not put chemicals in overnight?? Then the pancake maker was broken the next morning. “we stayed over the 4th, our TV remote did not work, and it took until the 5th for it to get fixed. Good breakfast, but there is a charge, and they were really pushy to get me to sign the book, even though I left the breakfast card on the book. No plates, and the staff was upset that we tried to grab clean ones from the stack that was visible behind the counter. Only one elevator working the weekend we were there, and it was busy since it was the 4th weekend”

“Stayed one week. Room was never cleaned. Spoke to front desk twice about the problem. It was never resolved.”

“Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.”
