“Clean, quiet, comfortable and perfect location ”

“Great property, great location, amazing view and very clean. The unit was great for our family of 4. Just be aware that it is minimally appointed, plan to bring your own beach towels, toiletries, salt pepper, coffee, drinking water and other essentials. ”

“Great clean condo. Great view. For us it was a bit of a challenge to be sure we were at the right place. Once we got the access codes for main door and condo unit door squared away we were good. We didn’t see the parking pass on the counter until the next morning, but no problem. ”

“Peyton’s Place was perfect for our family vacation! It was great to be so close to attractions and activities then enjoy the peace and quiet of the resort grounds in the evenings. The pool being a short walk through the backyard was perfect! We definitely recommend Peyton’s Place and would stay again! ”

“Really nice property overall. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Was able to secure a boat slip as well which was super important for our vacation. Beds were ok comfortable. The only issue we had was with the shower upstairs. Super small corner shower with only a tiny shelf. So if you bend to get shampoo you absolutely hit the wall or knock the door open. Improving that shower to normal size would help tremendously :). Thanks!”

We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and make our stay more comfortable. It was very convenient also to be on the Riverwalk and walk to town in a matter of minutes. Very beautiful and equipped with everything and more than we needed.”

“Awesome clean, relaxing and fun place with a wonderful location along a lagoon. Kids had a blast feeding the ducks, turtles and fish.One minor thing was that the wifi didn't work but really wasn't a big deal.”
