Ideal for a romantic holiday, with friends or family to recharge your batteries by the sea.

With a surface area of 70 m², the duplex apartment is as follows:

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and balcony with side sea view.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed.
- Mezzanine with single bed (90 cm x 190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

Exterior:
- First floor balcony of 3 m² with two deckchairs and a small table.
- Ground floor balcony.

The area:
The duplex is located in the heart of the district classified as "Secteur Sauvegardé", the roof is classified due to its particularity, located 50 m from the beach, close to the tourist office, cinema and library located less than 100 metres from the accommodation. All shops nearby, with major retailers within a 3 km radius. The commune is part of the Baie de Somme - Picardie maritime regional nature park. It is also one of the gateways to the "Grand site de France Baie de Somme".
In 2024, Mers-les-Bains came 2nd in the election for "France's Favourite Village".
In 2025, Mers-les-Bains joined the "Réseau des Villes Belle Époque" (Belle Epoque Towns Network), confirming the appeal of the resort's "Belle Epoque" past, which, along with the fashion for sea bathing, led to the construction of its seaside district of listed villas.
