“The positives are that the staff was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to be shuttled from the airport and back to the airport. Courteous shuttle drivers. The negatives are: room was not clean. My sheets had stains on them. I found quite a few dark hairs in the bathroom. There were no drains on the sink or bathtub/shower…. My room phone didn’t work. “The room was comfortable— nice mattress, good air conditioning, and very hot water. The carpeting could have been cleaner. We did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room, but was pleased it was there. The breakfast did not look appetizing as most hotel breakfast are disappointing, so we opted out and went out for breakfast. The coffee however was wonderful!! The machine freshly ground each individual cup.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
