Located 30 km from Troyes, 40 minutes from Provins, halfway between Disneyland and Nigloland, and in the heart of an equestrian center, this cozy wooden house sits on a large lot with a view of the horses. In a quiet, natural setting, this is the ideal place to relax, recharge, and get up close with the animals (a visit to the owner’s educational farm is included during your stay). Pony rides for first-timers are available upon request from the owners. On the first floor: an open-concept kitchen leading into the living room, a living room with a view of the park and opening onto a spacious terrace, one bedroom (2 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed), and a separate bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs: a lounge with TV and terrace, one bedroom (2 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed), and a shower room with separate toilet. Extra beds available. In the basement: laundry room, garage, and ping-pong table. Utilities (heating and electricity), bed linens, table linens, and bath towels are included in the rental price. You’ll find all the shops and services you need right on site. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: on-site horseback riding center, canoe trips on the Seine, bike path leading all the way to Troyes, Camille Claudel Museum, wildlife park, big cat park, swimming lake (15 km), and boat rides in Nogent-sur-Seine.
