“This resort is was well placed for our needs. The room was clean and effective. My only regret was not ensuring we had ground level access. the stairs were hard on those with walking disabilities.”

“When I went in to check in they told me that I was already checked in, they checked in someone else under my name and gave them my room. They had to uncheck me in to check me in and I did not get the room that I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and they had to give me 2 double bed room. They did not check ID from the other guest, I showed them my ID”

“Plenty of parking, great staff! Rooms a little dated, but that is to be expected on an older hotel. Rooms were clean, ac worked great!”

“The place was just ok. We booked the Diamond Suite because it was one of the few rooms that had a balcony; which was double the price of the regular room however it was disappointing and badly in need of updates. The smell was musty immediately entering the room. The exercise room lock was broken and we were unable to use it. The food was decent, nothing great. I will say the staff were very helpful. Location was great.”

“Beautiful location but not too much nearby. I was hoping for more of a resort feel. They do have a pool and hot tub but it really did not ‘feel like’ a resort.”

“The front desk and staff was very nice. But the property did smell like smoke, which is understandable because there may be smoking rooms available somewhere. Other than that - no complaints! ”
