The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 190 m² house with swimming pool for rent, close to the sea in Meschers-sur-Gironde, which can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a 600 m² garden with terrace and swimming pool. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room (with shower and double washbasin) and adjoining utility room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with two bunk beds
- Bedroom 5: children's bedroom with two bunk beds
- The bathroom will be completely renovated by early April, with the installation of a walk-in shower to replace the current bathtub.
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, baby seat, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, two fridges, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, heated 8.5×4.2 m² swimming pool open from June to September, secured by a barred cover. On request and subject to approval, it can be heated outside these dates.
- 600 m² enclosed garden, south-west facing
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy the immediate proximity of all the essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Everything is within walking distance, so you can make the most of your stay.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
