Oltre alla meravigliosa vista e ai servizi che questa casa offre, il proprietario Michele è stato super disponibile e ha sempre risposto velocemente a qualsiasi mio messaggio durante la nostra permanenza. Wenn man mit mehr als 6 Personen übernachten will, schlafen die restlichen Gäste in einem anderen Gebäudeteil unterhalb des Hauses. Dort gibt es ein Doppelbett mit Bad & Dusche. “The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good...

“Ich war mit 5 Freundinnen in dem Haus. Es war ein wunderschöner aber nicht perfekter Urlaub. Leide gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die während dem Aufenthalt aufgefallen sind. Jedoch wurde immer sofort und total Netz auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und sich direkt drum gekümmert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Was man noch beachten muss, man kommt nicht mit dem Auto direkt zum Haus, kann auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt parken. Der Garten und der Pool waren traumhaft.”

La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

“This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs.
