“El Staff completo es muy amable y atento. Las Habitaciones son de Lujo, así como el Hotel; todo muy limpio. Cuenta con Casino, que es muy variado y con lindas maquinas. También tiene Tiendas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.”

“Las instalaciones muy nuevas y limpias, el personal súper amable. El único problema fue el ruido de los carros en la noche...se escuchó todo. El hotel está en la intersección de 3 avenidas importantes y muy transitadas.”

“The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was great for accessing Chapultepec Park and nearby museums, and very easy to get a taxi or Uber to the Centro and other areas we wanted to visit. Above all the staff were GREAT! So helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a last-minute tour to Teotihuacan for the next day when we asked about options- we left for dinner and when we came back, they had one booked for us. Breakfasts were great too!”
