Il Sunny Holidays è un delizioso appartamento di circa 55 metri quadri, in cui il sole risplende fino al tramonto, situato al centro di Meta a pochi Km da Sorrento. Dotato dei migliori confort, è caratterizzato da un ampio terrazzo attrezzato e da una piacevole esposizione che consente agli ospiti di poter usufruire di un pieno e salubre relax.
L’appartamento interamente climatizzato ed insonorizzato è costituito da ingresso in ampio soggiorno living (con divano letto matrimoniale), cucina a vista decorata con ceramiche vietresi, ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale/ due singoli e poltrona letto(letto supplementare),bagno.
Il terrazzo attrezzato - in parte protetto da pagliarella - rende il soggiorno ancor più gradevole.
L’arredo sobrio ma elegante si ispira ad uno stile classico del territorio mediterraneo.

Wonderful Stay

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Meta. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the EAV train station - very convenient to travel to Pompeii and Sorento. We loved the beautiful interior, and large balcony. We will stay here again when in the area :-)

Schöne günstig gelegene Wohnung

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit schöner großer Terrasse, sehr gepflegt. Günstig gelegen zu Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen, daher ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Capri, Sorrent, Neapel sowie an die Amalfi-Küste. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

L’appartement est fonctionnel et très bien aménagé. L’accueil a été très sympathique avec de bons conseils pour les restaurants. Le seul bémol est la circulation intense même la nuit qui fait pas mal de bruit.

Great Experience

The owner made the stay easy and stress free. Location was right by train station...easy walk with the kids for all our day excursions. The apartment was a perfect place to relax after our long days out...fully equipped for meals and a nice patio for unwinding with a glass of wine! Host was friendly, welcoming and helpful in ensuring we got settled. Thank you for a great visit.

Great property!

We had a very nice stay in Meta! It is VERY close and convenient to the train station and we used it a lot! We were greeted charmingly by the owner’s father. The unit was very generously stocked with so many nice groceries and treats….the nicest we have ever seen!

Beautiful little traditional apartment, everything you need, literally steps from the main line station and bus stop, a very small quiet little town, solace after returning from busy cities etc. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Beach is walkable there and back, we didn’t bother getting buses there but we got a bus to Sorrento.

Location location!

This is an amazing place to stay. Meta is the cutest with a beautiful beach. The location is everything. The train station is right across the street and the bus stop on the corner. There’s a perfect coffee shop up the hill and live music at night. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The terrace with all the beautiful flowers is perfect to sit and have coffee and some wine at night. I will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

El apartamento es una opcion excelente calidad precio para hacer campamento base para visitar la costa amalfitana. Esta ubicada muy próxima ( 1 minuto) a la estacion de tren que te lleva en 3 paradas a sorrento (6 minutos) desde donde salen los autobuses para la costa almafitana. El apartamento esta muy limpio y es muy comodo y con todo lo necesario para facilitar la estancia con el plus del aire acondicionado. Lo unico molesto es que esta en una calle transitada y por la noche/madrugada hay ruido porque las ventanas no tienen aislamiento acustico pero es lo único negativo. Lo recomendamos 100%

Hidden Gem on the Sorrento Peninsula

A tremendous, thank you to Illaria for sharing her beautiful Sunny Holiday house with us. As newcomers to VRBO, we were not sure what to expect and Ilaria got us through the process and was always quick to answer our questions. You will be charmed by this welcoming apartment in Meta -just a few train or bus stops from Sorrento. We also visited Amalfi and took a cooking class nearby. Sunny Holidays had everything we were looking for - a quaint terrace, comfortable amenities, and a very central location. We even found a favorite restaurant in Meta and made it there twice, it was so good. Just ask Ilaria! If people make the place, then you are in great hands, staying with Ilaria in her quintessential Italian apartment.

Southern Italia in January

Elysia checked me in. She explained many things related to the apartment & the town of Meta & surrounding areas. I had been in the area 2 years prior but there’s always something new to learn. The apartment was charming & very clean plus several amenities plus coffee milk & breakfast breads were supplied & most appreciated! The apartment is in a great location right across from the train station where one can board a train all day long to Naples- Sorrento- & all points in between. The one time I needed the owner she was quick to reply. I highly recommend Sunny Holidays in Meta for your next trip to southern Italy plus it’s a gateway to the fantastic Amalfi Coast!

Appartement charmant et bien situé

Très bien situé dans la charmante ville de Meta l’appartement est tout à côté de la station de train (près de Sorrento, Pompéi) et autres commodités telles qu’épicerie, restos et autobus. Nous avons été charmé par la vue sur la terrasse qui est magnifique. Grazia et Mauricio ont été des hôtes très accueillants qui avaient prévus un panier de provision (café, biscuits, jus etc…) une délicatesse qui fut très appréciée. Après une journée à visiter les alentours, il était très agréable de revenir à l’appartement confortable équipée d’une télé avec plusieurs chaînes même françaises! S’il y avait qu’une petite chose à améliorer : une nouvelle literie pour plus de confort, mais à part ceci nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Coup de coeur!

Très bel accueil de nos hôtes. Appartement très bien entretenu et très propre. À notre arrivée, nous est offert un panier cadeau comprenant café, thé, biscottes, confiture, etc. Cette attention est très appréciée, surtout lorsque nous sommes trop fatigués pour repartir immédiatement faire une épicerie. L’appartement est le plus beau et le plus propre dans lequel nous avons habité lors de notre séjour en Italie. Son emplacement est idéal, on peut y trouver le train et l’autobus à 4 minutes de marche ainsi que l’épicerie à 10 minutes. Enfin, que dire de cette belle terrasse où l’on peut souper et y finir la soirée en y sirotant un bon verre de vino. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes!

Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques dans cet appartement à Meta. L'appartement est chaleureux et accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et la cuisine bien équipée. Meta est suffisamment grand pour qu'on y trouve de tout, quelques restos, épicerie, boucherie pâtisserie. etc, L' 'appartement est tout près de la gare, ce qui en fait la base idéale pour visiter Naples, Pompéi, Sorrento et la côte Amalfitaine. Et pour finir, Grazia et Mauricio sont des hôtes parfaits. Ils nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et se sont assurés que tout était bien pour notre séjour...ce qui a été le cas. Я хочу выразить благодарность Грации за наш отдых в Мета! Дельные советы, как нам лучше добраться из аэропорта, тёплый приём, разъяснения в самом доме, и помощь с транспортом при отъезде назад. Отдельно хочу отметить сам дом: уютный, чистый, комфортный. Всё нужное, включая кондиционеры, банные принадлежности и полотенца, посуду и некоторый набор продуктов, в нём было для нашего отдыха. Просто замечательная терасса, с чудесным видом на горы и церковь рядом. Вечером, за едой, мы часто наслаждались звуками пения местных жителей вживую. Магазины и лавочки с пастой, сыром, вином, а также кафе, всё в шаговой доступности. До пляжа мы тоже шли неспешно пешком, +/- 20 минут. Для спуска/подъёма использовали лифт. Он немного спрятан, поэтому спросите, где он находится, и вам покажут. Очень близко к дому железнодорожная станция и автобусная остановка. Меньше 10 минут на электричке, и ты в Сорренто. Это очень удобно для дополнительных путешествий. И тем приятнее было возвращаться в нашу Мету, в которой меньше суеты, но есть всё необходимое, чтобы вы сами себе сказали: «Я хочу сюда вернуться снова!». Ещё раз спасибо вам, Грация, и вашей семье за то, что вы поспособствовали тому, чтобы наш отдых получился именно таким! Успехом вам и вашей семье, и конечно же, процветания Мете!

Great stay!

My husband and I had great time at Grazia's place! Grazia and her husband welcomed us at late night and kindly explained about all the information we need to know. It was truly amazing apartment which was well decorated, very spacious, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. She provided some bread, snacks, fruits, milk and juice which we really enjoyed. The atmosphere of the terrace was fantastic. The washing machine was very helpful during our stay. The shower booth was a little bit small side, but I believe it is a typical size in Italy. The location is very close to the train station and main roads. On the last day, her husband came to check us out early in morning on time, so we were able to catch our flight back home safely. Grazia was very responsive to our inquiry all the time. she is a great host.

Nous avons apprecie l'accueil de Grazia qui nous a informe de tout ce qu'il y avait a visiter. Cafe, petit déjeuner, fruits etaient a notre disposition pour notre premier matin. L'appartement est confortable, tres propre et il y a une superbe terrasse. Facile de se deplacer par le train regional et par l'autobus. Il y a cependant beaucoup de bruit comme un peu partout en Italie, il faut se munir de bouchon pour dormir.

At night quiet and safe. A very friendly and warm welcome by the host and his wife. Nice to be met at the station and let the short way to the appartment. Surpriced to be able to start out at once with milk, butter, a little coffee and different kind of cookies - thanks to Maurizio and Anna - friendly and sympatic hosts😀 We got quick and relevant information and instructions, even learnt to make tasteful espresso the Napoli way😀 From start to end a perfect communication via VRBO.
