“Everything was great at this property. I normally get a room with handicap assistance, and this room is one of the best laid out designs. Staff, breakfast, and room were all great!”

“We had no HVAC working properly and no maintenance available to help. We upgraded to the Pure room. Currently working on a resolution for this extremely hot and loud night. Will update my review once I hear back. But this specific location is outdated and old. But the staff was truly so kind. ”

We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. ”

There are many options within walking distance for food, and the hotel is a short drive from the Old Market area and downtown. It’s proximate to the Baxter Arena, and about a mile north of I-80. I was expecting a better experience at a Marriott-branded hotel, however. We stayed two nights, and each day there was disappointment. First night, the HVAC system...
