“My mom & i was there for only one night, due to me having surgery. The room was nice and clean. The problem we has was the big lamp wouldn't come on tried unplugging/ plugging it up yet it didn't work. There was a fridge no microwave. There was a Foul Smell coming from the bathroom it was Clean but the smell was reall rank.”

“Bathroom and room did not look cleaned very well. Service did put new towels did not make beds. A/C had bad cord looked burnt had to manipulate plug connection a bit for it to work. Lobby and Breakfast area was clean and prepaired each morning on time. Price was very cheap so it is what it is. Worked for my work trip. A little cleaning and maintenance in room and it would be 4 stars for the money.”

“Brand new and feels like it. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Everyone had a smile and was amazing. The staff at the desk were so nice. I got in a little early and they didn’t give me a hard time and found a room that was ready early. That is so appreciated when you had to catch 2 flights to get there. Loved this property and will be back.”

“Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return. ”

“Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

“There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on door to our room and staff wasn’t able to say anything to the parents to get them to stop or anything ”

“Ci sono camere con cani che abbaiano, perchè lasciati soli dai padroni. C'è odore di cibo in corridoio, perchè chi fa lunghe permanenze cucina o riscalda cibi in camera. Abbiamo dormito 2 notti e non hanno mai pulito. Non esiste breakfast room, ma un triste contenitore nella hall con poche scelte di cibo e bevande, comunque da consumare in camera. Peraltro, quando noi siamo andati, i cibi erano finiti e li abbiamo dovuto richiedere. Lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivo solo a pagamento. C'è...

“Clean and well designed rooms. Linens were not good quality and sheets did not stay in place. Breakfast lacked any protein or fruit. Only had cereals, bread and pastries. Coffee not good and only provided powder creamer ”
