“Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again”

“These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown.”

“Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.”

“The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!”

“Our stay was okay except for the mattress, we told staff three times that the mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked with each movement. We were told by maintenance he would replace but never saw him again. We slept on the mattress for 8 nights and nothing was done to correct the problem. Disabled rooms with a low mattress still the mattress should be comfortable, we have stayed in other hotels disabled rooms without such a low mattress, one other minor problem there was two televisions with...
