“Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient. ”

“First time at a Drury but won't be last. Great service, clean rooms, comfy beds and great location right next to a mall.”

“Friendly staff, clean hotel, clean rooms, comfortable. Near some good food options. 25 mins from Cleveland Clinic which is why I stay here. Have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Highly recommended value priced hotel. ”

“The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A decent breakfast was included with a large variety. Our party of four had two rooms on the third floor, a few rooms down from each other. Our only complaint was the noise from the above rooms on the fourth floor. There is basically no insulation or noise barrier in the ceilings. Anytime anyone walked or made any noise above us on the fourth floor, we could hear it. It was loud and didn't provide a lot of sleep for any of us. I recommend...

“What I liked: very convenient from I480, feels safe and quiet. old but in working order. Drive up to door entrance. Plenty of Parking. WiFi, good refrig and freezer. Great bed. Firm. Heat and Air are execellent. What it needs, for winter, coat hook by door to avoid getting in snow and ice. 1 more waste basket and rod or shelf for clothes near bathroom.s TV instructions because it uses buttons on TV instead of remove. For overnight and short stays it is excellent.”
