Guest Access:

The entire apartment will be exclusively yours throughout your stay, ensuring complete privacy for you and your companions.



To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask that you complete the check-in form included in your welcome message at least two days before your arrival. This allows us to submit your information to the building administration within their required schedule, as guest access must be authorized no later than one day before check-in, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

You'll be just a short walk from Hospital Español and only a few minutes away from Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, and Chapultepec Park, making it an excellent choice for business trips, medical visits, or vacations.

Getting Around:

Getting around the city is simple thanks to the variety of transportation options available nearby. You can easily use the Metro, Metrobús, or Ecobici bike-sharing system to explore different areas of Mexico City. For added comfort and convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber are also a great option and widely available.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



* The check-in form must be completed one day before your arrival to notify of your access to the building. Without this information, security will not be able to give them access to the property. For your access to the building and parking, the information must be sent before 5pm the day before your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with our smart digital door lock, giving you the flexibility to arrive whenever it best fits your schedule. Before your arrival, please remember to complete the required check-in form, as it is necessary for us to arrange your building access in advance.
