Gallery is located within a residential building. We kindly ask guests to respect the building's residential nature and the people who live there.



Social gatherings inside the apartment are welcome as long as they remain respectful. Parties, events, DJs, large speakers, excessive noise, or any activity that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.



Please also avoid spending unnecessary time in the building's common areas and keep hallways, stairways, and the lobby clear whenever possible.



Cleaning Service



Additional cleaning and housekeeping services are available upon request and are subject to staff availability and service hours.



Professional Photoshoots & Filming



Professional photography, commercial filming, video clips, social media productions, interviews, advertising campaigns, or other professional content creation require prior authorization.



A professional photoshoot is subject to an additional location fee. If you are interested in filming a video clip or other type of production, please share the details with us so we can verify the applicable rate and requirements.



City Infrastructure



As with many major metropolitan cities around the world, occasional odors near drains or bathroom areas may rarely be noticeable, particularly during Mexico City's rainy season or while the city carries out maintenance on its public water and drainage systems.



These situations are uncommon and temporary and originate from the city's infrastructure rather than the property itself. They typically dissipate quickly and do not affect the functionality, cleanliness, or overall comfort of the apartment.

To protect the home's plumbing system, please do not flush anything other than human waste.
