Large, airy space; great kitchen w/ enormous island; two large bedrooms w/ comfortable beds & memory foam pillows; modern baths. Shaded rooftop deck is very large and a great place to relax (comfortable chairs, but not the lounges shown). Large windows let in a lot of light (plenty of sky view) and plenty of air. Secure building w/ 24-hour security guard. No air conditioning (though it was never necessary); there are several tower fans and space heaters if needed. Located on the very southern edge of La Condessa. North are lovely quiet neighborhoods and many good restaurants within walking distance. Immediately south (100 ft), however, is a very busy, 8-lane road with commercial traffic. It is super noisy, with throaty trucks loudly using engine breaking or accelerating from the stop light; motorcycles, and sirens. The noise, and the lack of dark shades or curtains on the bedroom windows (the video billboard a block away flashes throughout the night), made sleeping a challenge for us.The unit was quite clean, but the towels were yellowed with age and spotted with stains. Hot water takes a long time to arrive and then its temp can fluctuate wildly, once disappearing for 5 minutes while in the shower.FYI, the WiFi does not reach roof deck. The corporate host is very responsive to questions.So, for the great living space and an amazing terrace, its economically a good value versus staying further north in La Condessa or Roma Norte, but there are trade offs.
