You booked a room with 2 beds and shared bathroom and refused to take it, I showed you this other room you ended up taking, you saw it before having it and I offer you a big discount. It's a shame you make this kind of unfair comments. If you didn't like the place, why you took it? I told you face to face, I rather no to have people they are not happy because you do lie to make horrible and unfair comments.

First of all, we're advertised as a Bed and Breakfast, that means we're not a hotel and we have never claimed to be one, we're a house that offers some very nice, cheap and convenient rooms in a lovely house. Thanks for your kind thoughts about us, but if the shower flooded is was cause a misuse of the other guest, I gave you my straight contact, you should have noticed me and I would have solved it immediately. That's not the truth, the room does have 2 beds, as they're shown on the picture... It's not a futon is a real mattress and its base On the page of the accommodation, we do specify that our place is pet-friendly, on all our platforms we have that element of our service, cause we also receive a lot of travelers with their pets. Finally, our name is "Casa Ayvar" (House Ayvar) so I don't know why anything surprised you at all. I don't think it was lack of information, we do specify the kind of property (accommodation) we offer, we do let everybody knows we're pet-friendly.
