Access to the building and unit(s) went smoothly. There is no concierge services, or porter/bellhop. The security station at the entrance of the building was always closed the entire duration of our stay. There was never a security guard present. However, the area and building felt safe. There was no complimentary bottled water, but there was two empty glasses with a carafe of water. We did not drink from it, not knowing if it came from bottled water or was simply tap water. We decided to be safe and avoided drinking it altogether. The unit was clean. Exterior areas were clean, but the chemicals they used to clean were quite strong. They did only provide two rolls of very thin toilet paper and one roll of paper towel for the duration of our stay. Anything beyond that would require an addl charge. The bedding was comfortable. However, when we first arrived there was a strand of hair on the bed itself (defiinitely not mine). Windows have no screens, but I managed to only get one mosquito bite during our entire stay. Noise (e.g. cars passing by or neighbors from the unit across the way) is somewhat loud if you leave the windows open. Walls are quite thin. They did provide a fan, but it was still fairly warm in the unit itself. The kitchen shade is see through. From the outside, you can see into the unit. Garbage was also an issue. There is no visible garbage chutes or trash bins to dispose of your garbage. Suggestions: provide coffee. Host was slow/lacking in response at times.
