I am beyond disappointed with my stay here. We chose this apartment specifically because they confirmed via email prior to booking that we could store our luggage until 9pm on our final day. Once we arrived, they reneged on this promise, claiming storage was only available until 3:30pm. This left us scrambling last minute to find external storage, costing us an extra 300 pesos and a massive amount of unnecessary stress. The management repeatedly told us they were "looking into" our inquiry, only to confirm the night before that we couldn't store past 3.30. The description for this property incorrect. While it list a concierge and a bell boy, we didn't see a single member of staff during our entire stay. Our room was never cleaned, and we were left with only one set of towels for the duration of our trip. To make matters worse, we were informed that we were limited to just two rolls of toilet paper and would be charged if we required more.
While the apartment itself is admittedly nice, it doesn't compensate for the service in my opinion. The bedroom lets in a significant amount of light, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to light, you will likely struggle to get any rest here. We booked this on the basis of the promised amenities and storage; otherwise, we would have opted for a proper hotel. You’re essentially paying to rent an apartment with limited services. Really disappointed.
