The place was stunning! Large suites that were clean and stocked with cutlery, 2 small bottles of water, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, 2 shower towels, a shower mat, 3 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The entire apartment was huge! The communication with the company was very timely, as I received a reply within 20 minutes each time. The lady working the front desk during the day was incredibly kind and helpful. The amenity spaces were also a highlight of the stay, and I would highly recommend this Kukun. I appreciated the security protocols; however, I found it unnecessary to have to swipe my key card to exit the building, and that guests accompanying me had to provide their ID and be questioned. The security staff spoke no English, which was not helpful at all when trying to check in at 2 am and check out at midnight. They also gave my friend a tough time when they came to visit, and I wasn't able to understand. The location wasn't my favourite as there are nicer areas for first time visitors such as Roma, Condesa, and Polanco. I did appreciate that they scheduled a mid-stay clean where they replaced all towels and bedding, while cleaning up the space.
