Il nostro attico è un'oasi di tranquillità nel cuore della città. Ha tutti i comfort di cui hai bisogno e si trova a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni del Centro storico. È pulito, spazioso e luminoso. È dotato di una terrazza privata con una splendida vista sulla città, dove puoi goderti l'alba con una tazza di caffè e ammirare i tramonti mozzafiato dopo una lunga giornata di esplorazione della città.
L'appartamento è stato recentemente rinnovato ed è situato all'ultimo piano di un premiato edificio storico in stile Art Déco degli anni '30. L'edificio è uno dei più alti della zona, che consente allo spazio di ricevere molta luce naturale e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla città e sulla natura circostante.
Adoriamo la nostra casa e abbiamo prestato attenzione ad ogni dettaglio nello spazio per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile, speriamo che trattiate l'appartamento come trattereste il vostro.
L'ascensore dell'edificio sale al 6 ° piano e poiché l'appartamento si trova all'8 ° piano, ci sono circa 27 gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento.

The property was centrally located, cozy. Roof top views are beautiful, I would recommend upgrading wifi, the internet does not work upstairs. That being said the property was perfect!

This apartment is stunning. Very beautiful with a lovely rooftop deck with hammock and sitting area. Getting to the apartment was seemless. Excellent instructions from the host and easy communication. Very clean and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again.

Great central location

Within easy walking distance of many of the attractions in the historic center. Being on the top floor was very nice, especially the private terrace- worth having to walk up the last two flights of stairs (elevator only goes to the first 6 floors).

Excellent Place!

Lots of great places to eat nearby, whether you want a sit down restaurant or just a place to grab a bite and go. A ten minute walk to the Bellas Artes and 15 minutes to the Zocalo. The patio is a nice place to relax with a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend reading the information booklet provided. It has a list with directions to many great restaurants and things to see. The place is very clean. The owners were easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for us.

Großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Mexiko City

Alles genauso wie beschrieben. Schönes Apartment mitten im Zentrum in der 8. Etage mit Dachterrasse. Ein historischres Gebäude mit einem über 100 jährigem Fahrstuhl, der Tag und Nacht von einem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Portier bedient wird. Alles wunderbar - unsere 1. Wahl beim nächsten Mal.

Great place, great location

Was in CDMX for a conference. The apartment was located a few blocks from Templo Mayor and the Zocolo. The outside patio was beautiful. Christy and the doorman at the building were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment & location

Great apartment for two couples, with two bedrooms and two full baths. Modern, functional kitchen for eating in. We thought we might cook more, but why? So many great restaurants were just steps away, including the famous Los Cocuyos taco stand around the corner. Convenient walking to Zocalo and great museums, Bellas Artes. and a Metro station nearby to get anywhere else.

First, my wife and I had no complaints about the apartment at all. It is spacious, well-appointed and has a wonderful upstairs terrace that’s great for morning breakfast. Cristy was very responsive to our needs, there is a concierge in the lobby at all hours, and maid service can be easily contacted through Cristy. Great location for historic centro

The location for exploring the historic Centro area including el Zocolo is the best. That said if you want to go to any other neighborhood for dinner or museums it will take you 30-45 minutes regardless of time of day or day of the week. The apartment is 2 floors above the elevator (only 36 steps - not a big deal) which ran every 5-10 minutes Friday through Sunday night well after midnight. With the elevator machine room basically outside the front door it was quite disturbing while trying to sleep during the weekend. Bring earplugs! The roof deck and location are the reason to rent this apartment. The roof deck was fantastic with great views of the city! Part of it is covered which is nice for the sun. Would be great if it was covered from the door so it could even be enjoyed in the rain. The doorman/elevator operators were very friendly and helpful although they spoke no English. The mattress for the lower level is really uncomfortable, like rock hard mattress spring uncomfortable. The upstairs mattress is super firm but doable. If you have more than 2 adults this may pose a problem. If location near the Zocolo is the most important then this is the place for you.

Amazing views

Located in a cool Art Deco building, this apartment is one of the highest points in the neighborhood, so the views from the terrace and big windows are great. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of all the sites in Centro as well as 3 or 4 different subway lines. There's a celebrated taco place on the block and two branches of a famous bakery (and also a famous churro place) within a couple of blocks. Check-in was easy: there is a 24-hour doorman. Some warnings for people who are used to slick, modern accommodations: this is an older building and has its quirks. The elevator only goes to the sixth floor, so to get to this penthouse you need to climb two fights of stairs. And the elevator is noisy: you can hear the mechanicals from the apartment, but only when it's in use which is relatively rarely. The beautiful casement windows offer no insulation from sound, cold, or heat. Mexico City rarely gets very hot or cold, but it is noisy. Luckily the neighborhood quiets down by midnight. Finally, the water heater has limited capacity: the hot water was gone by the end of the third shower. We didn't have issue with any of these, but if you're used to escaping into a silent, fancy hotel room, or if you have trouble with stairs, then this might not be for you. That being said, having your own very spacious and comfortable roof terrace is amazing, especially after a day of making your way through the crowds.
