Each suite also comes with its own kitchenette, so you can whip up a quick snack or brew your morning coffee before stepping out onto your own little balcony—perfect for enjoying the city vibes.

It’s a total game-changer with incredible views where you can kick back and chill, whether you're enjoying a drink or just taking in the scene. -> Smoking is strictly forbidden on all areas (including balconies).


-> Parties aren’t permitted inside our apartments. Visits aren’t permitted due to the space of the suites.


-> Be a good neighbor: Bring down the noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.


-> Building and common areas: Each building might have its specifications, contact our team for specific details, and opening hours in case you didn’t receive them before. The rooftop will be open to guests from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m., music can only be played in earbuds, headphones and similar devices, no speakers are allowed. Be respectful with the Rooftop neighbor and clean after yourself to avoid penalties and fees.


-> Pet’s aren’t allowed in the suites.

-> We kindly ask you to not take with you any item from the apartment, including equipment, decor objects, and linens. But feel free to use the filtered water, kitchen supplies and bath products, this is our special gift for a better experience during your stay!

-> Did something break or went missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us in case of broken or missing items so we can inform you about if specific fees and procedures apply.

-> Personal belongings and valuables brought into the building are solely the responsibility of the guest. We, therefore, aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings that are stored inside the apartments and facilities. If after your departure, you believe you forgot something of your belonging inside one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.

-> Attention: It’s forbidden to manipulate the fire alarm or smoking systems, we also don’t allow guns of any type inside the building. The non-compliance to these rules is subject to a penalty fee.

Keep in mind that non-compliance to these guidelines might result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your booking.

Luggage Drop Guidelines:

-> Baggage drop services are only available in selected units. Please contact the concierge for specific details about your unit.

-> For your check-in or check-out, you can leave your luggage for up to 8 hours. Our team can provide instructions.

-> Luggage drop is available only for guests.

-> Please keep in mind that you are the only one responsible for your personal items. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings and luggage during your stay.

Rooftop guidelines:

-> It is the obligation of the guest and/or user to comply with the following guidelines and usage protocols of the Rooftop:

- Hours and capacity control: Monday to Sunday - 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Maximum capacity: 8 (eight) people at the same time.

- From 4:00 p.m., the guest must open and close the space on their own. This after having notified the operator, and using the key that will be provided. The guest will be responsible during their stay on the rooftop for the key and for the correct closure of the space and placement of the key back to the lock. Otherwise, a cleaning fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Use the rooftop at your own risk: Users assume the risk of injury or accident.

-> All drinks and food brought to the Rooftop must be removed when the guest leaves the space. Otherwise, a cleaning fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> It is prohibited to change or manipulate the furniture of the Rooftop and/or take items from the apartments. Otherwise, a fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Low volume should be maintained at all times when using the space. Otherwise, a fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Equipment and Materials : In case of using any equipment or material located on the “Rooftop” the following must be fulfilled: The furniture cannot be removed from the "Rooftop" or used incorrectly. Make a good use of the bathroom amenities.

-> Smoking and/or consuming harmful substances is prohibited.

-> It's not a playground for children. It's not a place intended for children`s play.

-> Parties or events are not allowed.
