This two bedroom apartment is located in the center of Mexico City's culinary and artistic zone, Roma Norte, being home to bicycling hipsters and an increasing numbers of young professionals. This loft is in an Aparthotel multiunit listing, pictures are a reference. The actual apartment might be in a different floor or have a different view.
The building where this property is located is temporarily under construction.

The Space:
Brand new building located in the best area of Mexico City, minutes away from lovely restaurants and exclusive stores. This apartment offers green views, Smart TV, confortable living and dining spaces, minimalistic decoration and everything you need to have a great stay. You can find the washer and the dryer in a common space.

The Neighborhood:
Roma Norte is known for being the epicenter of hipster subculture in the city, and rivals Polanco as the center of the city's culinary scene. Besides residential buildings, the neighborhood streets are lined with restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, cultural centers, churches and galleries.

Good bed - good location

I've stayed here twice before and overall I like it. This time, we had problems with the water and wifi, which was really a drag. I'm starting to think the water issue is gonna get even worse in CDMX - and I don't blame the owner of this property.

Unhelpful & dishonest host - do not book this property

Do not book this property. The host is unresponsive, unhelpful, and dishonest about the amenities provided. Save your money and find a place where the hosts actually care about their guests. Checked into the property to find there as no hot water. The person working the lobby desk told us to contact Vrbo, who told us to contact the host. After many attempts to call and message the host, we finally heard back from them from an international number (not located in Mexico) and they told us there was an ongoing problem with hot water in the building and they were not sure when it would be fixed. This host knew there was no hot water for any of the suites in the building, and yet, continued to allow guests to check in & continued to take money from guests while not providing a property that matched the description. Our stay was for 5 days, all of which had no hot water. We checked in with the host each day for an update, to which they had no and no timeline. Aside from the fact that we paid to stay at a place with functioning hot water, a cold shower out of necessity was not feasible as it was rain season in Mexico which can be quite cold. The host had no remorse or concern for the issue & was more than happy to take our money while providing a subpar property. They offered us late check out as compensation as if that makes up for 3 adults not being able to have a shower for 5 days Unless u want to stay at a property where the host could care less if an issue arises, do not book
