Located in the heart of the historic center of CDMX, which houses pre-Hispanic ruins, the National Palace and the oldest Cathedral in America. Cdmxrentals brings together this new complex of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that offers an authentic and cultural experience.
The property includes a roof top, business center, elevator, laundry, doorman, luggage storage, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, private balconies.

The Space:
Modern and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rejoice in the famous historic center of Mexico City. Gaze out at the city's unique skyline from the properties rooftop.

Bedroom #1: 2 queen beds with attached bathroom
Bedroom #2: 1 king bed with attached bathroom
Double sofa bed, complete kitchen, air conditioning/heating, dinning area, wifi, safe box, private balcony, toiletries and amenities.

Common areas include: Rooftop, washer/dryer, business room, elevator, doorman 24/7, checkin and checkout luggage storage.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the building, the doorman will give you a magnetic key to access the property, as well as the apartment key. The building has a 24/7 doorman.

In case you want to leave your luggage, the property has luggage storage where this service can be offered to you when you check in and check out of your stay.
Apartment is ready by 3pm.

Getting Around:
Subway and Metro-Bus
Mexico City has an extensive subway and metro bus line which connects the entire city and the most famous attractions. Check the nearest station which which is located within a five minute walk to start your trip, the average cost is $5.00 MXN per trip on the metro line and $7.00 MXN on the metro bus.

Local taxi and UBER
The taxi service is a fast and safe way to travel around the city Please de Check with the doorman for information on the nearest safe taxi site.
Mexico City and its surroundings have access to Uber and other similar ride-hailing services.

Administration rules:
**Parties/gatherings are prohibited in the building at all times!!
1. Sunday to Thursday, music and noise should be tolerable with moderate voice and music until 10 pm.
2. On Fridays and Saturdays, music and noise should be tolerable with moderate voice and music noise until 12am.
3. Christmas, New Years and Independence Day, music and noise should be tolerable and moderate until 1am.
4. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows:
-1st notice is called to their attention
-2nd notice there is a power outage in the department
-3rd notice they will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $2,000.00mxn will be charged.
5. Broken, damaged, missing or excess items in the apartment will be charged.
6. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded.
7. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. Smoking is permitted on private terraces or Rooftop.
8.Rooftop hours 10am to 10pm
9. Lost or damaged Magnetic Card has a cost of $500.00mxn. by building management.
10. The garbage must be lowered to the corresponding containers located on the ground floor next to the exit door.

Interaction with Guests:
Gladly can recommend and arrange a private driver for day trips (Teotihuacan pyramids etc.) half day trips (Xochimilco etc.) City sightseeing by the hour, Airport pickups and drop-offs.

Great location

Our stay here was great, the location is great very close to many main attractions in the historic center, walking distance. The building was clean, the apartment was clean. Good modern layout. 24hr doorman, felt very safe. The only thing I think they can do better is invest on better mattresses, and adding more washer/dryer. I give this place 5stars, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Mexico City downtown.
