“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located next to the airport terminal. The staff are very friendly, polite and efficient. We had an issue with the room assigned to us but this was dealt with very quickly and management upgraded us for the inconvenience. We booked a balcony room but in reality it just overlooked the parking area so wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.”
