“Very beautiful property set in garden and looking to the sunset. Transport to town is easy with free shuttle by resort or the restaurants themselves. ”

“Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. ”

“The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again. ”

“Clean room that smell nice, towels were clear white with warmth. Room layout was super user friendly with 2 spots to lie my suitcase. Nice view from balcony to the private beach with clothes hanger. Nice firm bed with 3 different styles of pillows. Friendly staff that seeks to help out. Nice amenities - body lotion, flip flops. ”

“The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.”
