Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. “Had trouble getting into property at check in”

“I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

“Casa Bahía Linda is a great place to enjoy the sunsets, nice views, can swim in a good size pool, hear the waves at night. Getting down or up the Casa can be challenging but close walk to the beach and minutes walking to town. Alma Rosa (from Kiyoba) answer all questions quick and Gerardo (the host) was answering to questions within minutes and giving us good suggestions. We will be planning our next stay in Casa Bahía Linda again!.”

"The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. The fact that you pay a Daily resort fee should prevent from such things. Beeing Italian the food offerend was not of variety and below an acceptable level of quality. With exceptions, most of the staff dose not greet you, of you do not do It First I am site that i Will not choose Westin in a near future."
