Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves, plus full use of the building's shared amenities: the rooftop pool and sundeck and the fitness center. Elevator access serves all floors. Secured on-site garage parking is available for an additional nightly fee, requested in advance and subject to availability; an EV charger is on site. Luggage drop-off can be arranged. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Full arrival instructions are sent after your booking documents are complete.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour on West Ave — one of the most walkable, local-feeling pockets of South Beach. South Beach and the sand sit about a 10-minute walk east, and Lincoln Road's open-air shopping and dining is roughly a 5-minute walk away. Sunset Harbour's own restaurants and shops are right around you: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza, and Sardinia for Italian are all local favorites, with Panther Coffee and Pura Vida nearby for the morning cup. For stocking the kitchen, Trader Joe's and The Fresh Market are both a walk up West Ave. From here you're also close to Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Art Deco district, plus Miami's wider museum and nightlife scene.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-and-bike neighborhood — Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour's shops and restaurants, groceries and the beach are all reachable on foot, so a car isn't needed for day-to-day. If you do drive, there's a secured on-site garage (additional nightly fee, request in advance) plus an EV charger. Rideshares are quick and plentiful here. Miami International Airport is a manageable drive across the causeway.
