When I saw some of the reviews, I was a little worried but decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. Yes, the place had a few minor problems, but for the price, it was a great find. The first day, we got off the cruise ship very early, and they let us come and use the facilities until we could check in. Everyone during our stay at the front desk was nice and answered all our questions. There is a nice breakfast/lunch restaurant on-site...I'm not sure why others whined that they didn't serve dinner. There is also a nice little store with EVERYTHING you need open until 10 p.m. I think the ones who wrote the bad reviews were either too lazy to cook, didn't know how to order take-out, or didn't want to spend the money on an Uber to go out to dinner. May condo units don't have this on-site, so it was a big plus for me...and the burgers are great. There is a laundry facility on the floor....that was nice (you need to buy a card from a machine by the service elevator...don't get them at the front desk). I had no issues finding parking, but it does cost you some money...but I think it would anywhere. The pool and beach were nice, and they give you towels and beach chairs. If you want a HOTEL experience, go to a hotel. This is a condo unit, and I think some reviewers have unrealistic expectations. By biggest complaint is the beds and pillows. The beds are hard...but some people like them that way, I guess., and I got use to that. The pillows were awful, however. They are like trying to sleep with flat rocks. If you are driving, bring your own....but it is something easy for the owner to fix. Overall, I thought the great find and a good place for my family of 8.
