BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT OCEAN VIEWS, with direct access to the beach.
Modern furniture. Two queen beds, walk in closet and more. Great location, on the ocean side, close to Aventura Mall and minutes away from major highways. Walking distance from shops and attractions.
Parking service is offered with additional charge according to the following details: 10u$s per day or 1 week $ 75.00 ,2 weeks $ 100.00, 3 weeks $ 125.00 or 4 weeks $ 150.00 .
An additional $30 will be charged with credit card when entering the building for a key for every two adults or over the age of 14.

Florida fun
I thought that the photos on line showed things that were not there like for example there was no glass door on shower as shown. I also was surprised with some charges I was not aware of. Why is there a non refundable charge to get a key fob? I never really got an answer from Gaby. Her response to me was in Spanish. Didn't understand.
The condo needs some updating but it was clean and had a well equipped kitchen.

Clean but unit is worn & lacking linens
The condo is nice with a great view, however the woodwork, bathroom & kitchen are dated and worn. Owner only supplies bath & beach towels. NO hand towels, wash clothes, extra dish towel, stater soap or lids for any pits or pans. The check in process for The Tides is long & cumbersome. Office is only open until 5.
Condo is not within walking distance to the Boardwalk. Nice pool & gym.

Gaby and team were good to work with.
We ate in a lot, but not many bars/restaurants near by. Lots more up by broadwalk.
Place was clean, wished kitchen was more equipped for cooking/cleaning.

Prepare Yourself for Traffic Congestion and Trash on the Beach!
The property was OK. It is my fault for accepting the pictures associated with the property at face value. We were located on the north side of the property with a view of the parking lot. We expected to overlook the property pool...my mistake.
The condo is dated and the shower head provided a continuous unstoppable drip drip drip. When I inquired about the issue, I was advised that it would take 2 days to make the repairs and they didn't want to interrupt our stay?
Oh well, we have developed a list of must haves for our next VRBO stay. Lessons learned.

Everything is good
That’s a very good place to stay. The property is clean and has everything needed. Very close to beach and pool. Gorgeous ocean view. Communication to the property manager very easy. Happy to stay here, and will be looking to come back here on my next Florida vacation

Condo is great and has everything you need! Only thing I recommend is to make sure you let Gaby know about all guests so that check in with the Tides goes smoothly as everyone needs a wristband and to get key fobs.

The check in process was a bit cumbersome and the extra fees (parking pass, key fobs, and parking gate pass) are all separate. However, the location is great and the property was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great Property!
This condo had everything you would need for a great vacation. Easy check in and out, very clean, great view! You can walk to a ton of bars and restaurants. One of the best places I have stayed in Hollywood Beach!

Tides are economical and awesome!
Great place to stay, if you can find a good deal this beats anything around. This particular unit had great manager/owner, beds in the bedroom could have been better, but other than that all perfect.

Everything was perfect for one week break off the city. The apartment is neat. The owner is easily reachable in case of need. Swimming everyday is a blessing!
