There was mosquitoes all over the room. main bathroom was ok but the other smaller bathroom barely had working lights overall not good but you get what you pay for.

The nighttime temperature was awful way too hot, no thermostat, no ceiling fan. Not sure what kind of clientele frequent casa Rosa but the plastic sheet under the linen was such a nice touch, so when you can’t sleep due to the heat in the room hearing the plastic sheet crumple every slight move was just wonderful.

Terrible experience first off it’s not a hotel. It’s a house with multiple rooms, there was a roach in my room. No towels. No soap. There were bums coming in and out , knocking on someone’s else’s door for god knows what & i was in room number 5 ; there’s a gap in the wall due to them remodeling the house i’m assuming &. i was able to hear every single thing , no sleep !! TERRIBLE!!

This is small room in a house that’s shares their bathroom the whole reason some people get hotels sometimes just for privacy and you have no privacy in that place so it’s kind of sucks. I have to give you two gay thumb down.

Pictures are very misleading. There is no staff on location. There is a huge "For Sale" sign out front. Packages left on the porch. Neighborhood was sketchy enough for our Uber driver to ask if we were sure we wanted to get out of the car. Bathrooms are shared and were not clean. We left and found other accommodations.

I booked this property knowing it was an inexpensive shared accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. I did expect basic cleanliness, security, and a host who cared when legitimate issues were reported. The shared kitchen was not clean, and there weren’t even basic eating utensils available. During my stay, several food items I purchased were stolen from the shared refrigerator. Because I follow a specific diet, I had to spend additional time and money replacing them. The atmosphere was also disruptive. Other guests were partying until around 6:00 a.m., honking car horns around 7:30 a.m. because someone was blocked in, and smoking marijuana outside the entrance. House rules, if there were any, were not enforced. What disappointed me most was the host’s response. I reported these issues, but there was no meaningful effort to resolve them or make things right. My concerns were essentially dismissed. If you choose to stay here, keep your belongings and food locked up or with you whenever possible. I also would not recommend this property for solo female travelers or anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed place to stay. There are simply too many variables, and based on my experience, you shouldn’t expect much support from the host if problems arise. I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here. It’s in a slum. I didn’t end up staying. I got up and left. I ran to the nearest top dollar hotel I could find with a room. Your safety is not worth the cost of saving money.

A guy broke into my room at the midnight while I was sleeping in the room! Called the manager, did nothing about that, had to leave the room because of unsafe conditions, the manager also didn’t refund! It is not a hotel, it looks like an abandoned house with 6 tiny rooms; some people were inform of the main entrance smoking! Not recommended at all

I have never been treated so bad checking in a place. Customer service was non existence, not even how to treat a human being. I got yelled since arrival as I was inconveniencing the host. Too many things happen to describe. Definitively don't recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely rude person, it felt that I was an inconvenience. door closed at time of checkin, no-one to receive, I had to go through a side door to be able to get in touch with someone and then I got yelled at cause I used that door. worst experience ever, to not wanting to come back ever is an understatement.

Casa Rosa is in a perfect location—it's literally within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and destinations like Target. There’s also a bus stop just around the corner from the property, which can take you to Miami Airport, Downtown Miami, and South Beach, making it very convenient. The neighbourhood also seems very safe and friendly. I didn’t have any issues or problems during my stay, and I felt comfortable throughout. At the time of booking, this was advertised as a hotel, but it’s not really a hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. You get your own private bedroom, but there are two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. There are five bedrooms in total, so you could be sharing the space with up to four other families, couples, or solo travellers. The air conditioning is shared across all rooms, so if one person turns it up or down, it affects everyone. I think it would be much better to have separate air conditioning units in each room. There is daily housekeeping for the communal areas, such as the kitchen and bathrooms. However, your room is only cleaned after you check out. Cleaning supplies like mops and brooms are provided if you want to tidy your room during your stay. There’s also no access to a washing machine, even though there is one on-site, so you have to request clean towels and ask for the bins to be changed. That said, the property itself is clean and looks very nice. I would stay here again, but only on a short-term basis 1 or 2 days

Should've known it was going to be HELL when there was a for sale sign in the front yard, mosquitoes COVERING the front steps and porch while trying to access the front door, which you MUST use (2) hands to open, as it is double locked, and you won't realize this until you're trying to reach customer service. Then when you FINALLY reach the rude customer service or his overseas support staff, they barely help or answer questions. There is only one bathroom! It's stays FULL, it is nasty, very unclean residents live here, someone smokes cigarettes in the already filthy shower. The bathroom toliet is filthy! Only cleaned (1) time per day, VERY SLACK! Hole in the wall of room 5, people will hear your conversations with the hole in the wall. There roaches, BEWARE, shake your clothes and bags when leaving! THEN most horrible of all, my door code was given out twice! Someone barged in while I was naked in my robe on the bed! Called the owner, he did not care or apologize, asked me "what did I want him to do!" I had to scream that I would call the police for the next person who came to my door and try to open it. Owner told me that I was lying and that was impossible, he would check the cameras. WHY would I lie about something like this! Don't stay here unless last resort! ONE to TWO nights TOPS! Money GRAB! BEWARE!

Someone at night opened my door and as a young lady travelling alone. It can be a grave moment where it can be end their business if the guy didn't stop once he realized it was occupied. Update your security with the doors thank you. Ps: I think the bed had some bugs because I had a small red mark on my arm that I didn't have before.

Lo único malo es que deben organizar las reservas. En 2 días me abrieron la puerta del cuarto 3 veces y hasta de madrugada. Al llegar me dieron un cuarto que estaba ocupado, lo cambiaron pero a los que llegaron después le dieron el mío y así. Un día salí y al llegar como a las 10 de la noche había un hombre durmiendo en mi cama. Horrible

I rented the room and the woman next-door had a guest and the owner believed it was my guest when it really was not my guest. I was accused of bringing people to his hotel when it was only me and my boyfriend I demand a refund.

The pictures do not show how the rooms are in reality. It's a small house and they just put some pieces of wood to make the "walls" for the rooms, there is no space or privacy. Never specified the shared bathroom. They should be honest about what they offer.
