Un'ottima soluzione a Miami Beach
L'Hotel è veramente a pochi passi dalla Lincoln, cioè dalla via principale sulla quale si sviluppano negozi e locali. E' pulito e ben curato. Le camere sono non molto ampie ma confortevoli e molto ben tenute. La piscina è piccola, al 4° piano, ma curata e con disponibilità di teli. La colazione è semplice ma completa e molto curata. Il personale, infine, è cortese e disponibile. Certamente un Hotel consigliato per chi si ferma a Miami, molto meglio di altri 3 o anche 4 stelle che si trovano nella vicinanze.

Prima tappa del soggiorno negli USA
dato che il volo da MXP a MIA é spesso in ritardo e le procedure d'immigrazione sono sempre lunghe non si riesce mai ad avere una coincidenza per proseguire il viaggio. Questo hotel molto vicino all'aeroporto Internazionale di Miami é molto comodo. Nei dintorni ci sono vari negozi aperti fino a tardi e vari ristorantini carini. Usiamo spesso questo Hotel sia all'arrivo che per la partenza verso l'Europa e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Ottimo servizio, ottima colazione e personale cortese

The rooms are feel a little run down. The bathroom wall had patches and not painted to overall color. The room floors felt like they had not been swept or vacuumed. The closet furniture was dated and miss matched from overall furniture. Room was overall lackluster. At night, the hotel is loud as people are drinking and it gets an outside non guest crowd. I was solo female traveler, but i still felt safe Within the property. The staff was respectful and pleasant a major plus was free beach towels and lounge chairs at the beach!

Poorly cleaned room from previous guests. Extremely noisy on first floor. Could hear party going on for all night. Avoid first floor if you are a family.

Great place
Overall, Claremont was a great stay. However there were a few things that I would have wanted being a female. My room didn’t have a full view mirror like the others did and we didn’t have a mini fridge nor did we have a microwave. Most hotels have that which would have been nice. Definitely ask at the front desk if you care about having those things because some rooms did not! Overall, it was a nice place I was able to book last minute for rolling loud. There are other fees added when you check in. Resort fees and incidentals. Nothing super crazy. We paid around $300 but they told us we will get 200 back. There’s a nice restaurant and hookah lounge right in the lobby that is convenient. Definitely a popular spot for people passing by. Really pretty. When our Uber arrived to the hotel we thought our hotel was a club. Lol. Music was great and just good vibes overall. Beach was right across the street and had a walking path to get there which was very pretty. The mall was maybe a 3 minute walk. And clubs weren’t to far either. I would definitely stay again if needed to!

Overall is good. Elevator door was working in a weird way and the elevator was making strange noises. Needed maintenance. Pool filter not working and pool is kinda small considering the amount of rooms for the hotel. Staff was super friendly. Complimentary chairs at the beach saved us a few bucks. The area is great. Great restaurants and clubs at walking distance. If you don’t mind small details, this hotel good.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Overall a pleasant stay except for our last night at the hotel people in the next room were banging on the walls, music loud, & cursing. We had to go/ call downstairs 4 times. Staff tried to address the issue but unfortunately they continued to act foolishly!

My room was very clean and since I was alone, they gave me a quiet corner room. I was there for R&R so that was much appreciated! The location is great-short walk to the beach, CVS, restaurants, and the Botanical Garden. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! The restaurant attached is excellent and you get a discount! I highly recommend this hotel!!

If you are looking for a convenient location, this is a great hotel to stay at. So many restaurants in walking distance, as well as the beach is one block away. Resort fee includes beach towels and beach chairs. Lincoln road is also about a 10 minute walk.

Front desk staff were excellent. Property is older but kept clean. Room was dark and a little small but acceptable. Pool was closed for the entire stay with no explanation as to why. Loved the atmosphere outside. Would stay again.

The worst excuse of a hotel especially at the prices they’re setting. Don’t believe the pictures they show you here. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The manager Mitch is a rude, nasty person. if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. NO SOAP AVAILABLE. They gave us “re-filled” body wash in lieu of HAND SOAP BARS and it wasn’t even sealed. God knows what was in there. THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK SAID IT WAS THE LAST ONE THEY HAD …THEY SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES!! what are their workers washing with????? THE HOTEL LOBBY IS PRACTICALLY A SMALL CONGESTED NIGHTCLUB. FULL OF COLLEGE AGED PEOPLE DRINKING, BEING SO LOUD THAT WE HEARD THEM IN OUR ROOM. WE BARELY EVEN HEARD THE FRONT DESK ON THE PHONE BECAUSE OF HOW LOUD IT WAS. WE CHECKED IN AND OUT THE SAME DAY. WE INFORMED TRAVELOCITY OF THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS PER THE PHOTOS THEY HAVE ON THEIR PAGE, THE LACK OF SOAP, AND NOISE. THIS PLACE IS RUN DOWN. NOT TO MENTION THE NASTY STAINS IN THE BATHROOM AND THE DIM DARK ROOM THAT SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA. I WOULDNT TRUST THIS PLACE REGARDLESS OF THE NICE LOCATION. THIS PLACE ISNT EVEN WORTH A COMPLIMENTARY STAY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. THE ONLY COMPLIMENT I CAN GIVE IS THAT THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS HONEST. SHE EVEN SAID SHE WAS EMBARRASSED FOR THE CONDITION OF THE PLACE , NOT HAVING SOAP, AND OF WHAT WE EXPERIENCED.

The rooms are really small ,the house keepers are the most rude people Iv ever encountered,I try to keep my room tidy and a do not disturb sign on my door to help with conserving and my privacy so I would take my dirty towels to the housekeeper who was always in the hall and politely ask for some fresh ones ,it was always the same housekeeper who barely spoke English and would give me sever attitude because I didn’t know Spanish . She would give me towels but then continue to roll her eyes and complain about me to her male helper . I’m not fluent in Spanish but I do understand the bad words . Why would a house keeper be upset that I’m not getting my sheets changed ? That’s helping her out ..right ? I brought my own pillows and blankets so I didn’t need fresh linen anyways . I left the room cleaner then I found it . Considering all the long black hairs that were all over the bathroom and towels . Mind you I have blonde hair . I Lysol the entire room down when we I checked in and believe me when I tell you they don’t clean these rooms. The pool they advertised was on the roof so we went to check it out and it was so sad ,furniture outdated no one was going up there to hang out . Very tiny pool that was murky and looked like it needed to be cleaned . That was the only time we went up there . The hallways smelled of marijauna .the front restaurant was just a crowded hookah lounge. No seating in the lobby at all . Won’t be returning

The room was extremely small. There was no refrigerator and the pool was very dirty. There wasn’t any umbrellas at the pool area at all which was very disappointing considering it was a rooftop pool. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called about it they said someone would be right up which turned out to be like 8 hours later. The best thing about this hotel was that it was clean and close to the beach.

The outside bar was cool but i didnt like that the hotel gave my key to unregistered guest they let themself in my room stole my money, jewelry and attacked me when i entered my room and the hotel was told by police they were at fault and they dont want to compensate me

Perfect for beach lovers. This hotel is right near the beach. They provide towels and chairs. About a 2 min walk and you are on the sand. The restaurant at the hotel is perfect to grab something to eat and has great atmosphere/ vibes. The room was clean and enough space for two girls with a lot of clothes! The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Very easy check in and out.

Front desk Roksana is very friendly and helped us right away. We were given room right away and process was very easy. Room is good quality and area is the best in Miami. Very close to beach. Staff in the hotel doesn’t speak English. And the room only gets clean after 3 days. Once you walk in the smell is beautiful and relaxing. Swimming pool was dirty and small. Another good part of this hotel was the restaurant downstairs. Wilde on porch makes the best delicious food. Will stay here again.
