Colazione abbondante tipica Hampton inn, con latte caffè latte yogurt confezionati, macchina per waffle e parte salata con bagel tostapane uova e wurstel. Camera di dimensioni descritte. Tuttavia il servizio non è adeguato: a colazione devi pulirti da solo il tavolo se prima di te è passato qualcun altro, in 4 GG non hanno mai sostituito la salsa al caramello per i waffle, ma continuavano a rimettere la confezione vuota sul buffet, ecc. La moquette dei corridoi sempre sporca con cose sopra, evidente che non si passava aspirapolvere da giorni, anche per la camera appena presa la pulizia lasciava a desiderare: peli e capelli di altri sul lavandino e nella vasca da bagno. Dietro la scrivania addirittura un giocattolo di chissà chi e tanta polvere ovunque.

Struttura piacevole, molto vicina all'aeroporto, si raggiunge facilmente in auto, parcheggio presente ma a pagamento (in alternativa hanno la navetta da e per l'aeroporto). Camera rinnovata, spaziosa, e pulita, letto comodissimo. Colazione compresa con discreta scelta di dolce e salato, personale alla reception ed in sala colazione molto gentile e disponibile

Me gustó mucho el amable trato del chico de la recepción. El hotel bonito, limpio y muy bien ubicado para los que necesitamos cercanía al aeropuerto. Habitaciones amolias y silenciosas. Tiene un baño grande y de diseño reciente, con una tina muy espaciosa. Me hubiera gustado, eso sí, contar con una pequeña botella de agua de cortesía.

I liked being able to do my laundry and only had to pay for soap. That's excellent. The hotel smells very clean. I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful. I didn't like that it doesn't have places to eat nearby other than the food trucks. I gave it a 4 star because of that. Others i would have given it 5 stars all the way.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, but the tv remote didn’t work. Shuttle from the airport was good. They also provided a shuttle to the cruise port for fee. The food truck outside the property was really good.

I couldn't operate the elevator using the key card to go to the 5th floor. Had to get help. Another said it took her a half to get to the room because of the elevator. It's also in a food desert. Only have food trucks for meals instead of nearby restaurants. But all good. Not the hotels fault. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

For being next to the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet with the planes blasting overhead. Room layout was nice too with the king sized bed

It was nice enough for an overnight stay while we waited to board our cruise ship. Sadly, the pool was not clean or open, which was a huge disappointment to our children.

The floor is still carpeted. Hard to move the lluggage. And there is not lock for the toilet. And there is no exhaust

Staying here pre-cruise. Check in was easy, property is clean. Port shuttle is $12pp so plan ahead for that. Id stay again

Everything was fine. Clean and fresh. No safe! Safe wasn't listed when we booked, but I think in the year 2024 it must be mandatory.

Wait for the shuttle at the airport was horrible. We waited well over an hour even after calling the hotel. Not acceptable!
