- A photo ID and an additional $7 fee per package are required to retrieve packages at the property. Guests must fold cardboard shipping boxes and place them in the dumpster outside the Receiving Office
- The parking fee fluctuates. Rates start at $20/night for stays less than 1 week or $10/night for stays 1 week or longer
