NOTICE: WARNING REGARDING CELL PHONE USE IN COMMON AREAS
The use of cell phones is prohibited in any part of the spa, the aquatic relaxation area, exercise rooms, locker rooms, steam rooms, treatment rooms, or saunas. Cell phones may only be used in the Fitness Center, and only when headphones are worn.
In accordance with Florida law and community documents (copies of which are available on the community website), the Association reserves the right to impose a fine of up to $100.00 per incident or $100.00 per day for continuing violations. The Association also reserves the right to suspend facility usage privileges or seek a court order; in such cases, the Association is entitled to recover attorney's fees and costs incurred to enforce compliance with the regulations.
