This house was centrally located to Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park and Key Largo, which was perfect for our vacation needs. It was nice and clean, met all of our needs and had most of the things we needed for our vacation. There were a few things to be improved upon: The listing says four bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen), but there are only three bedrooms set up as bedrooms. One is set up as the home movie theater with three recliners and a bean bag chair. We had planned to use all four bedrooms and two wound up having to share a bed. Note: All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The dining seating is only the four barstools at the bar. The space where a dining table would typically go was a pool table (and honestly there wasn't quite enough room to play pool there without your pool cue hitting a wall or glass door). The listing says that it sleeps 8, but with only 3 beds and 4 barstools, I think it's better suited for a family of 4. There were also not hand towels or a fixture to hang one from in any of the bathrooms which was a little strange. It was particularly odd in the downstairs half bath where there were no towels at all and no way to dry your hangs. The grass in the backyard, which was only on the sides of the house, had not been mowed and was nearly knee-high which made it challenging to clean up after pets. Otherwise the back patio area was nice and we enjoyed spending time there. The house is also only 0.5 miles to Robert is Here fruit stand- yum!
