1 Bed and 1 Bath, 2 Queen beds.
Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Centrally located 10 min from Hollywood Broadwalk, 15 min from Aventura Mall/Gulfstream Mall, 15 min from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, 20 min from FLL Airport

Great for Couples and Families:
Enjoy the crystal-clear pool or walk straight to the ocean. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, just a 30-40 minute drive to South Beach, Downtown Miami, and Wynwood.

Community Amenities:
Each floor has a laundry room with 2 professional washers and dryers (chipcard required, $7). Laundry machines cost $2 per use.

Other Applicable Fees (Not Included in the Price of Your Stay)

Don't forget to account for additional fees that may apply during your stay. Keep reading for more information on what to expect:

1. Key Fob (Subject to change without prior notice, Non-Refundable Fee)
Experience the convenience of building facilities and common areas such as the gym, pool, and beach with our Key Fob. You'll need to pay a one-time activation fee of $30USD per key Fob upon arrival.
The purchase of a minimum of 1 fob per 2 adults is mandatory. If you are 3 or more adults, you will be required to buy extra key fobs.
Fees (subject to change without advance notice)
1 to 2 adults = $30 (1 key fob)
3 to 4 adults = $60 (2 key fob)
Payment is made on-site at the guest office by credit card only.

2. Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (subject to change without prior notice)
Our covered and non-covered parking lots are available for your convenience. When you arrive, simply pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Please note that parking fees are subject to change. For example,

1-week parking is $100
2-week parking is $125
3-week parking is $150 and
1-month parking is $125

To ensure a smooth and secure parking experience, a $20 refundable CASH deposit is required to receive a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.

3. Online Orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Who doesn't love shopping online? During your stay, online orders under your name can be delivered to the condo. However, please note that a $7/package fee applies for the resort to accept and process your delivery.

*Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use at no extra cost, but their presence in the condo is not guaranteed at all times.

1. Check-In
The check-in time for the rental unit shall strictly commence after 3:00 PM, and the check-out time shall be at or before 10:00 AM. The Host shall not be able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.

2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the rental unit is strictly limited to four (4) adults. The Host shall not permit any unregistered guests to stay overnight, and any additional guests will be promptly removed from the premises.

3. Subletting the Rental
Property Subletting the rental property is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

4. Responsibility
The occupants must comply with all resort rules and guidelines for the pool, gym, and beach areas. The occupant agrees to indemnify the Host for any damages or losses to the rental unit or its contents during their stay. The rental unit's condition shall be assessed both at check-in and check-out, and occupants must keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for other residents.

5. Swimming Pools
The swimming pools shall be accessible from sunrise to sunset, and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit, halls, or common areas of the building. Occupants who smoke shall dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the proper receptacles.

7. Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the rental unit or on the resort property at any time.

8. Garbage
Garbage chutes are available in each laundry room on every floor. The occupants shall not leave open trash bags in the unit or hallways, and must regularly dispose of trash bags by depositing them in the chute.

9. Laundry Card
A magnetic laundry card shall be available for purchase at the guest office, and it can be recharged using the automatic dispenser located next to the security desk on the 1st floor.

10. Air Conditioning
To prevent air conditioning system breakdowns, guests must keep sliding doors and windows closed when using the A/C system. The A/C must remain on during the hot and humid months from May to September. Any damage caused to the air conditioning system due to the guest's failure to comply with this rule will be the responsibility of the guest, who must pay for all necessary repairs.

11. Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi shall be available in the rental unit, throughout the resort, and in the lobby of each building. Access to the internet room shall require prior approval from the front desk or security service.

12. Security
Guests shall ensure all doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the resort or common areas. The main entrance of each building shall be locked at all times and requires an active magnetic key fob or ID to unlock.

13. Events and Gatherings
Noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

14. No Open Flames
Open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars, are strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and common areas.

15. Illegal Activity or Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the rental property, and any violation shall result in eviction and potential legal action.

16. Moving Furniture
Furniture shall not be rearranged in the rental unit. Guests shall be charged a $50 fee if the furniture is not placed back in its original location upon check-out.

17. Cancellation Policy
The rental unit follows Airbnb's "STRICT" cancellation policy, and the Host strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations. Guests are advised to read more about the cancellation policy at https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict.

A great place to stay ! 4.5 stars

o Jessica addressed my concerns prior to my arrival and explained the check-in process. The valet at the building will give you a yellow parking sheet that is placed on your dashboard and a white paper with the details of your stay. If you arrive after hours, the valet will open the parking gate to allow you to park in the lot or the garage. o We then entered the building and the very pleasant man at reception (Devon, for us), confirmed our stay and called Anibal for the entry number to the unit. Entry code versus keys is helpful. Devon then helped us get the luggage cart (you leave your ID until you return the cart), we unloaded the car and proceeded to the unit. Anibal met us at the unit, showed us its features and explained how to get our fobs. o The fobs are only available from 9-5, but we had no issues in getting in and out without them our first night as Devon buzzed us in. o To get the fobs and the parking pass, everyone in your party needs to go to the office. Don’t forget to bring both the yellow parking sheet and the white paper that the valet gave you! One person needs to bring their ID. Each person gets a wristband, 1 fob per 2 people and the parking pass. o We were going to be leaving earlier than the office opens, so we returned our parking pass the day before leaving, received our deposit back and had no issues leaving in the morning. o Yes, the towels were mismatched. Not a problem for us because it helps us know who has which towel. We had plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. o The sliding door opened and closed without issue. o We found the furniture, beds and lighting to be fine. No issues. o The bathroom was dated, but not too small. o The kitchen was very spacious and complete. There is also a coffeemaker, hot water pot, toaster and microwave. The host left a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 laundry pod. o We didn’t have any issues with elevator wait times. o There are 2 outside showers. o The 4 beach chairs, the 1 umbrella, the beach towels and drying rack were handy. o There are security people within the building, at the pool and at the beach (managing the rental chairs/umbrellas), ensuring that only people with the wristbands are within the complex. o A different review mentioned that the garage was noisy. We didn’t experience any noise. o I wish that the building had outdoor grills o There are restaurants nearby and a Walmart o Great stay, well managed, wonderful unit. We will return.

Left after 2 days

Checking in is horrible. First the process was not explained at all from property manager Jessica, to how to maneuver the check in process. There’s several buildings that belong to this property and luckily we went to the right one. Asked the valet how to park and check in and he was not very helpful at all. Then after parking and walking into the building at the lobby a security guard was there and had to ask how to check in and where to go to the room, she did explain some of the process only after pulling the information as much as possible from her. Then went to the room and let ourselves in after texting our contact person who gives you the code for the room and he needs to personally meet with you to show you the condo . After looking around , noticed there were not any washcloths for bathing so I texted him to see if he could bring more ( the towels that were in the condo to use were a mixed assortment of towels none that matched ). When he came up to show us the room , he instructed us they just fixed the sliding glass door to better open but when we did it it was very hard to open and close ,, took two hands with lots of strength to push it, word for the wise don’t close the door completely when on the outside because it was nearly impossible to open from the outside by yourself. The blinds on the door did not work , broken , and they had a rod with janky curtains up. The couch and 2 beach like chairs in the living room were horrible to sit on . The two beds in the bedroom were completely uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep at all on them .. the bathroom was so small that you were bumping into the toilet to get into the tub/shower. No drain cover in the tub drain. Bathroom very dated. The kitchen was ok , the fridge could have used a water and ice dispenser. The one nice thing was the beach chairs were nice and handy to take to the beach . There was poor inside lighting in the living room and dining area . The elevators are slow and waiting long times . The office to check in was hidden and located in the very depths of the building , felt like I was going to the loading dock area . The check in process took a long time , many people to process . Did not get the key fobs until the next day so could not use the beach area because we had to wait til the next day to “check in “ The pool area and garden areas to the beach were nice and well manicured. Only one outside shower area to spray sand off so you had to wait
