Summary:

★Please note: Building registration is required prior to arrival. The primary guest must provide a photo ID, and the full names of all additional guests are required for check-in approval.



★Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may face difficulty.



The Space:

Located in the heart of Brickell, this high-floor corner unit offers a luxurious escape with wraparound balcony views of the ocean and city skyline. Featuring stylish décor, upscale bathrooms, and a chic ambiance, it’s the perfect place to experience Miami in style.

● Approx. 1,105 sq ft / 103m² of space.

● Ultra HD 4K Samsung TVs in the living room and each bedroom.

● Ultra High Speed Internet (Fiber Optic).

● Steps away from some of the best restaurants in Miami, but fully equipped kitchen for nights in.



● 2 Luxurious bathrooms with:

- Delectable rain showers (trust us, you want to use those!).

- Spa quality towels.

- Hair dryers.

- Hair straighteners.



● Relaxing & cozy bedrooms with:

- 5-Star Hotel plush mattresses.

- Brand new linens.

- Blackout shades for long mornings.



● Other essentials:

- Washer & Dryer.

- Iron/Board.

⮞ Master bedroom has a comfy King size bed.

⮞ Second bedroom features two (2) full size beds.

⮞ Den area has a full size sofa bed.

⮞ An air mattress can be provided upon request for added convenience.



IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ We provide 10 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ 24/7 Full Service Building with Resort-Style Amenities Available to Registered Guests Including:

● State-of-the-Art Gym.

➤ One parking spot is included inside the building (complimentary with the reservation). For additional cars, the building has a valet parking service with very reasonable rates.



➤ Please note that although the front desk can provide a parking spot. The parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is a bustling Manatthan-esque neighborhood (it is, in fact, often called the Manhattan of the South), but more modern, with tropical climate, and right by the water. Everything you need to live, work, shop and relax can be found within walking distance in this highly concentrated urban core. It is centrally situated between Key Biscayne (5 minutes) and South Beach (10 minutes), producing an exotic contrast between its ritzy high-rises and its neighboring beaches & islands.



Getting Around:

Steps away from Metromover (free), City Trolley (free) and Metrorail ($).



Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.



➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.



➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.



➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.

Miami visit

Property is in good location with great views.Check in was easy, but key fob is needed for from parking to enter the building door for an elevator and for elevator to go up to 30th floor. Fob was not given upon check in it is left in the room.Beds have two pillows each extra pillows will make it more comfortable.
