1-bedroom unit with balcony in oceanfront luxury Marenas resort, located directly on the beach. Great non-obstructed ocean view from the Unit's high floor balcony. Apartment has 1 King bedroom and a Living room with sofa-bed, many closets. Guests enjoy spacious nice bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen, with the Stowe, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter top. Direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Very Secure building. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping in walking distance. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, and $10 administrative fees- guests enjoy umbrellas and beach chairs, private pool, private beach access with towels, fitness center, high-speed WIFI, and business center.
Resort offers valet parking for additional fee $35 per day.

The view from the bedroom was unobstructed. Room was great. Perfect location to walk right onto the beach and also many nearby restaurants. There is a hotel being built right next to this hotel. A lot of construction noise from 700am until 6pm. Probably will not go back until the hotel is built.

Beautiful view of the ocean! Beautiful sunset from the balcony. We could not see the actual sun set but the colors on the bay and ocean were stunning. Very comfortable bed and comfortable condo, the resort smells amazing wherever you go, very well kept, the gym was also very nice! Better than most places.

Overall nice stay, but there were issues. First the positives: Nice view, very roomy apartment and comfy bed. TVs were nice and it was a very comfortable room.Negatives: Tile floor was very dirty; found a swiffer mop and did it myself.10 additional daily fee was not disclosed ahead of time, but it is now so that's good.Not well stocked; no toaster, dish towel, hand towels, shower mat, or washcloths. Below issues are NOT the fault of the owner.Resort is nice, but pool and beach area are way to small; you felt very crammed around the pool and beach.You have to tip everyone! Car guys, towel guys, etc.Construction next door very noisy! We did not have air conditioning for a few days and had to leave the slider open and the noise was almost unbearable. Road noise is bad too; lots of zooming cars at all hours. All in all, we had a nice trip and host was very nice and did make amends over the AC.

The carpet was dirty/stained, the few towels/bed sheets were very old/well used and the while the beach was nice, the only area the resort chairs were allowed was extremely narrow/crowded and everyone was way too close each other. Then, final straw, the resort charged us an extra 10 per day on top of the stated resort fee b/c we were what they called “private” clients. Sorry, we won’t be back!

The parking is not included which was very expensive, the construcrion next door to us was loud, on top of the construction outside next to use building another hotel.. but over all was a great room, great time just make sure to bring your cc!!

We came to Sunny Isles to attend the formula one race and a relaxing weekend. Marenas resort is nice with excellent staff. Really enjoyed Ava and yoga in Sunday night. Pool area is small but didn't use because of fabulous beach steps away. Discovered restaurants close by and Publix market within walking distance. Had pizza in resort which was not good first night. Would not recommend. Suite we stayed in needed more thought to amenities. Recommend more towels, only 2 available, literally 2. No washclothes or hand towels. A box of Kleenex would be nice. Discovered tea is cabinet but very little sugar. Written guide to what is nearby and resort policies and amenities. Parking is only valet and additional fee per day. Water did nut drain well in tub. More pillows for the bed, only 2 available. Would be nice if silverware matched instead of hodgepodge. Carpet is soiled.A Enjoyed resort but actual suite needs attention.

Stunning view !!!!!

The condo is perfect for a couple, even if you had another adult or two small children they can share the pull out couch. The kitchen was moderately equipped, enough for our needs. Morning coffee and cocktails in the evening were perfect on the patio with the spectacular view. Construction next door did make it less desirable. Passover week isn’t an ideal time to visit but always lines up with our spring break:/ as there are nightly festivities in the lobby with lots of running children and loud music. The beach is amazing providing chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to snag your chairs before 8am or you will miss out. The pool setting is beautiful but more for young families. Close enough to walk to many nice restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo, everything in their control they’ve done a great job accommodating our needs. I would love to return !!!

Property was great , unit was nice . Pics in listing matched the actual unit. Disappointed upon arrival to find out the building next door is under construction starting at 7:00 a.m. running until after 5:00 The loud noise all day made it virtually impossible to enjoy the ocean facing balcony,

Escape from the cold.

The condo was great, hotel staff helpful and friendly. We found the beaches immaculate and groomed daily. I cannot say enough about the pool and beach staff for being polite, courteous and attentive. People should b made aware of the damage deposit in advance. For security reasons, I only travel with 2 lower limit credit cards and the deposit made us more careful with spending.
