La casa a 3 letti e 3 bagni dispone anche di pavimenti in marmo, mobili in stile europeo premium, elettrodomestici di design in acciaio inossidabile tra cui frigorifero / congelatore, piano cottura in vetro, forno incorporato, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Lavatrice e asciugatrice ensuite per il vostro uso. Completamente arredato. Internet, telefono e TV via cavo (in tutte le camere) inclusi. Questo condominio offre servizi in stile resort con i comfort di casa.

Navetta elettrica complementare per la spiaggia dove c'è un bar e un ristorante. In alternativa è possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in tre minuti.

I servizi in stile resort includono piscina riscaldata a livello del suolo con vista sul canale navigabile intracoastal, centro fitness completamente attrezzato, ristorante e bar situati nella hall.

Everything advertised for this unit is a lie. Does not have own elevator, does not have a working dishwasher, does not have clean linens, mattresses are pea stained. The ad makes this place into something they are not. We are a party of 10 and went to the beach and was only given 4 towels and 2 chairs, a party of 10! Specifically asked about beach towels before arriving and host advised to not to worry as they are provided. Once I advised him about beach towel and he says yes I am sorry beach resort just changed the rules. Host has an excuse for everything. When I brought up all of the problems experiencing, especially with dirty linens and pea stained mattresses (I have over 70 pics) and expected a refund, he just ignores the monetary part. It took him 3 days to provide us with beach days and the day they are brought it was evening so could not use. I am coming from Canada and only have a carry-on so did not think to bring extra towels after host said they provided. The dishwasher has a note from a previous guest on paper towel explaining the host said will be fixed but no one showed up. I am on frigging vacation and had to wash by hand for a party of 10. The laundry appliances are not great, washing machine on the spin cycle is like machine is possessed, dryer takes like 3 hours to dry. Also it is a private residence and n0t part of the resort but you have to pay resort fees. There are hidden fees everywhere! IT is my recommendation to run and do not stay.

The location was perfect however the unit we stayed in was less than perfect the lighting wasn’t ideal, the kitchen faucet was leaking, the dryer was broke, one of the sliding doors was broke, one of the chairs were broke, the pots and pans were disgusting everything had to be cleaned before we used it, there was black mold in the bathroom sinks around the overflow and make sure you ask for hidden fees when booking through a site.

Wonderful views from the 32nd floor

We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space for everyone in our group of 7, we were also happy with having 3 bathrooms. Overall we had a great time, my kids insist we need to go back soon! I do recommend using Jerry's place, its beautiful!

Penthouse…

The property is beautiful and has great views! However, the property is filthy. Jerry was a good host and communicated that they are new to doing this, so giving them that benefit. However, when checking in you also pay 30/day for the hotel amenities that you don’t really benefit from, at all. The shuttle to the beach was convenient until you get there and no one is helpful on telling you what part of the beach belongs to where you stay for umbrellas, chairs etc. The penthouse needs a serious deep clean, paint, etc. The location is very convenient though! I think after some serious paint and cleanings- this is a great spot minus the extra fees.

Doctor’s Graduation

The check in was easy, the property, spacious and beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. My only complaint was the “Valet” parking. You had to drop and retrieve your vehicle from the third floor. Since this was valet parking, you had to call then wait for your vehicle. This was unnecessarily time consuming. Would rather have parked my vehicle myself. Despite my long paragraph, I really did enjoy my stay and highly recommend this location.

Perfect Spot for our Conference

Had a conference at the Diplomat, hotel was booked and we found this gem, close by and very nice. Host was super communicative and available for anything we needed. Highly recomment.

Million Dollar View

Pros - View is spectacular. Three bedrooms, Three full baths. Close proximity , Hard Rock Stadium. Walkable to the Beach. Jerry the host, answered all our questions within minutes. Cons - Check-in is chaos, so is valet parking once parked, getting car is easy. Condo needs work, outdoor furniture is trashed. Big TV was in and out of focus. Several closet doors missing or broken. Broken chair in living room. Worst part basic amenities, never stayed at rental unit where nothing to clean dishes like a spong , no dishwasher pods maybe, offer one. Called 24 hour concierge just to get a trash bag and was told no. Most expensive rental I have ever paid for, told check-in at 4 Was told not finished cleaning , needed another 20 minutes 20 minutes later told they needed another 30 minutes. Hour later finally in the condo. 25th wedding anniversary and Taylor swift show, should have been better for what we paid

The view is amazing but .... Check in: not till 4pm really long lines it seems they were talking to some people for a very long time (maybe about time share?) They didn't tell us that you had to use the key card for only one side of elevator, so it was stressful figuring out how to get upstairs. They show photos of roof top pool but you don't have access to it The shuttle takes you to beach and you have to walk very far to beach chairs and only get 2 and they were not chairs that were in the photo. They doors on shower were broke and they scheduled the repair while we were there, right before dinner for 2 hours so we couldn't get ready The property manager took up 3 chairs on the porch and slept there - very unprofessional and that meant we couldn't use the porch either. I tried to communicate to host but they didn't seem to care

Incredible Spot

We loved this penthouse. Very modern, and the views from the wrap around balcony can’t be done justice with words, the views are even better in person than in the pictures. Place was spotless clean, comfortable bedding, etc. Within walking distance to a handful of restaurants, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart and maybe a 5 minute drive to Hollywood Beach and all the restaurants and nightlife at the Broadwalk. The beach shuttle is very convenient as well, it runs back and forth every 20 minutes or so. Would definitely stay again!

May 19th Vacation

My family of six stayed at this amazing property a couple of nights before taking a cruise. It was great to have everyone at the same place verses 3 separate hotel rooms. Very clean, spacious, modern penthouse with breathtaking views. Short distance to the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book this unit again. Thanks Jerry

Beat up/black mold/old dirty uncomfortable furniture

This is a NO-GO. Black mold around all A/C vents. Unit is beat-up and dated. Furniture was very uncomfortable and dirty. Looks like past water damage. Very disappointed.

Loved the views! The Master Bedroom could use a King Bed. It had a Queen bed. The host was very pleasant and a great communicator and ensured a sanitary issue upon check in was quickly addressed. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular views!

We had an amazing time. What a great penthouse condo. The views were absolutely spectacular. The kitchen and great room area were very spacious. The bedrooms were nice size and everyone had their own bathroom. Elevator is right outside the door. Owners were very responsive. Love to stay in this condo again!

Amazing Views

Overall the location is pretty amazing. There is a grocery store right across the street (nice walk under the bridge). The shuttle for my group wasn't that useful as it drops you off at the beach but there isn't much else there. About a mile or so further down the beach there are a lot of bars and restaurants. The place has everything you could want for utensils and glasses, etc. The area felt pretty secure and we had no issues.

Great view and location

This is definitely one of the best properties in the building. Everything is included to enjoy your stay and there is a store nearby if you need to grab anything else. The staff was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would recommend and would stay here again!
