The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook your meals, from a microwave to a full oven and dishwasher.
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a combined tub and shower, offering plenty of space and comfort. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom, while the third bedroom features two single beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. The property has a total of three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for everyone.

Located in the heart of downtown, this condo is ideal for guests who want to experience the vibrant city atmosphere. With oceanfront views and close proximity to key attractions, including museums, restaurants, and shopping, you'll find plenty to do. Explore the nearby waterfront or take a stroll through the city’s lively streets to enjoy local eateries, shops, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
The nearest airport is MIA (Miami International Airport), located about 8 miles from the property. Travel time depends on traffic but usually takes around 20 minutes.
Valet parking is available for a fee on the property. You can also find public parking options around the corner, such as the public garage at 664 NE 2nd Ave.
Public transportation options are also nearby, with quick access to bus and metro stations.
Other Things to Note:
- The main guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
- A resort fee of $35 + VAT per night is charged at check-in, granting access to excellent Gale amenities such as pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel.
- Check-in takes place at the front desk with the help of one of the hotel's onsite representatives. All guests must provide an exact arrival time to avoid delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, an extra fee of $35 will be charged.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests may need to present an official ID at check-in or during their stay.
- Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit might be required, which will be refunded after check-out if all terms are met.
- No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Smoking of any kind inside the condo is strictly prohibited! Drug use and illegal activities on the premises are also forbidden. Non-compliance results in a $300 USD fine and an extra $100 USD cleaning fee.
- No parties, events, or loud noise are permitted after 10 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
- Cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance to schedule.
- Outdoor security cameras are in place.
- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs caused during their stay. Excessive dirtiness will incur a $100 USD cleaning fee.
- Pets are not permitted.
- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee and subject to availability.
- Some amenities, like on-site restaurants, may require a fee.
- There are no mailboxes or lockers; guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.
- An independent management company manages the building. Any issues related to the building are separate from our condo’s management and are outside our control.
- Valet parking is available for an extra fee. There’s also a 24/7 parking lot nearby at Miami Worldcenter, 644 NE 2nd Avenue, with rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Since we do not manage parking, availability and pricing are not guaranteed.
- Package Policy: You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for a $5 daily fee. Keep in mind this service is managed by the building, not Lua Host, so it’s best to avoid deliveries when possible. If needed, this service is available.
- We provide some essentials to help you settle in, such as trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. These items are not replenished; you’ll need to buy more when they run out.
