Recentemente rinnovato e arredato con gusto, puoi goderti l'alba sull'Oceano Atlantico e Miami Beach o il tramonto sulla Biscayne Bay e Mid-Town Miami dalle nostre finestre e dal balcone del 16 ° piano. Fai un tuffo nel surf o semplicemente cattura alcuni raggi su Miami Beach mentre la gente guarda. Se sei più il tipo attivo, passeggia, corri, pattina o pedala su e giù per il Miami Beach Boardwalk. O semplicemente sdraiati a bordo piscina e bevi un drink prima di uscire di sera sull'eccitante South Beach.

La nostra unità si trova nell'Alexander All Suites Oceanfront Resort ed è situata nel cuore di Miami Beach. A pochi minuti da ristoranti e divertimenti di classe mondiale, la struttura si trova appena a sud di Bal-Harbour e pochi minuti a nord di South Beach, Lincoln Road e il Miami Beach Convention Center. L'Alexander si trova a pochi chilometri da Wynwood, Mid-town, Art Districts, Downtown Miami e Brickell Financial District.

Le nostre due camere da letto principali hanno grandi finestre con vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia con nuovi comodi letti queen size. La terza camera ha un letto singolo. Ogni camera dispone di un nuovo, ampio schermo piatto 4K HD T. V.s. Bagni privati con bellissime piastrelle in porcellana e grandi apparecchi per la doccia a pioggia.

Soggiorno - Ampia finestra con accesso al balcone e vista sull'oceano. Un divano componibile in pelle con ampio spazio per sedersi. Grande TV HD a schermo piatto 4K da 65 ".

Controsoffitto dell'isola in cucina con posti a sedere per due.

Piscina di livello inferiore con due vasche idromassaggio, Tiki Bar, servizio asciugamani e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La seconda piscina del ponte superiore è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione (questa zona è isolata). La struttura offre anche un servizio di ristorazione e bar fornito dal bar e grill Top of The Falls a bordo piscina.

Gli ospiti hanno anche accesso al salone di bellezza in loco, al centro fitness, alle sedie a sdraio e agli asciugamani a bordo piscina.

Our condo was really nice. The only downside was the hotel is Kosher so you can’t eat or drink anything at the pool. They do have a bar there you can order drinks and food but it’s very pricey. The cafe in the lobby was great and the prices there were reasonable. Overall tea enjoyed our stay.

Balcony view of city & beach. George had chairs, umbrellas, everything. A few minor items (e.g., bulbs, bath shelf) and he personally came the first morning after evening check-in & got everything prefect. Highly recommend & would definitely return.

The building is older and the common areas are poorly maintained. The pool/bar area is in decent condition, though. The bedrooms in the unit are furnished and laid out awkwardly. The master bedroom, with its own bath, has two double beds. The second bedroom has an oversized queen bed, making it almost impossible to navigate the room. The third room is windowless with only a day bed. The balcony was nice but very dirty and the furniture was not usable because of how dirty it was.

Everything was fantastic and exactly as listed. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff was great and the condo was exactly as the pictures show. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie board for the beach. Communication with the host was great. I would stay here again.

Very nice property located directly on the beach. It has two pools. The condo has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Balcony with chairs to sit, excellent view. Overall, very happy with our stay and George the property owner. He was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

My friends and I (6 in total) stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is just as described / pictured. It was very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Everything felt very secure. You need a wristband to open doors, use the elevator and access the pool area. There is a security guard at the front entrance 24/7 so this also made us feel safe. In terms of the location the condo is in a quieter area and technically not in South Beach. It's a 15 min walk to FontaineBleau hotel so you have to drive / take Uber to get into south beach. This was not a problem at all for us because we wanted to be away from the crowds. The condo is conveniently right on the beach which can be accessed via the pool area that is on the premises. The beach area was never too busy and you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and water toys. In my opinion this was one of the best parts of the condo: having such easy access to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo to stay with friends or family!

The size of this condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and we loved the views of both the beach and the bay/downtown from the balcony. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and the one very minor issue we had with needing more towels was resolved very quickly and easily. We were a little apprehensive about having to valet park, but it was so well run and efficient that we ended up loving it. We also really liked the location in the Mid Beach area and we were able to easily get to North Beach, South Beach, and other parts of the Miami area while having a beautiful beach and nice pool easily accessible. The one slight negative was that the fitness center was closed. It is completely gutted and doesn't look like it will reopen anytime soon. So, if that's important to you, check with the owner on the renovation status beforehand. Overall a great vacation spot and a highly recommended rental unit!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication with host was easy and prompt. The pool area is perfect. Even though it was crowded you could always find chairs. The condo was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, view was outstanding, and the amenities aplenty. Location of the condo complex was awesome. Away from the clubs and crowds of South Beach but close enough to hop on trolly. I definitely would visit this place again. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight the day of checkout and they couldn’t have been more helpful with allowing us to store luggage and car while we continued to enjoy the beach and pool area.

Property is clean and as advertised. Have to go out to the porch for the views, but once there it is lovely both sides. Spring break wasn’t the best time to come celebrate a 60th birthday, so the youngers ran over an the property a bit, but the pools, beach access and location are great - above South Beach so that’s good. Valet while expensive is excellent - car always available and great service. Staff of Alexander are on it and good support.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, with amazing view from the balcony. The pool and beach access were wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. Only downside was lack of towels at the pool, but that’s no fault of the property owner.

We were going to be in town for a weddng and wanted to stay oceanside. This place was very nice. The staff was pleasant, the property was clean and quiet. Everything was to our liking. We loved the view of the ocean on the left of the balcony and the view of the intercoastal, golf course and city of Miami on the right of the balcony. The kitchen is a little tight but we made the best of it.

The unit was perfect for our visit to Miami Beach. Mid-beach is a nice location to easily access North Beach and South Beach shops and restaurants. It accommodated 5 adults comfortably and we would stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and always got back with me quickly.

We were so happy with our stay. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Maintained very well and with everything we needed for the week stay. The view of the beach from balcony and of downtown was perfect to view both sunrises and sunsets. The apartment has been updated very nicely and is very well maintained. The Alexander was also a great place to stay with friendly valets and a beautiful beach and pool area. Checkin and check out instructions were great and the owner was quickly available for anything we needed. We would love to come back in the future.
