Estimado Mario Es con gran preocupacion que leeemos su comentario.El check in es a las 4 pm y siempre tratamos de acomodar sin costo alguno a nuestros huespedes segun llegan antes de las 4 pm. El check out es a las 11 am y depende de la disponibilidad poder otorgar un late check out ya que como somos un hotel pequeno no tenemos muchas posibilidades incluso con el fee establecido de 25 por hora lo que esta por debajo del estandar en nuestra zona hotelera..El parqueo en el hotel es 30 mas tax sin embargo existen opciones de parqueo publico de la ciudad de Miami Beach frente al hotel. El parqueo publico en nuestra zona es de 1 la hora y es gratis desde las 6 pm a las 8 am. Le pedimos disculpas si no pudimos lograr sus expectativas. Muchas Gracias
