Dear Mrs Shakiri, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us. After investigating the matter, we found that your reservation, made through Expedia for 2 nights, wasn't integrated into our system correctly. Regrettably, it was initially treated as a no-show, resulting in the delay and confusion during check-in. Regarding the issue with your deposit and resort fees during check-out, there was a billing error on our part, which we promptly rectified with the assistance of our Director of Front Office. We understand waiting can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process. Please rest assured that we addressed the matter promptly, despite the delay in reaching our Front Office Director, who was concluding another guest's check-out. We strive to ensure the comfort and convenience of all our guests, including helping to prevent potential inconveniences such as towing fees.Furthermore, we'd like to highlight that despite the initial reservation confusion, we were able to accommodate you promptly upon your arrival, which isn't always guaranteed in cases of no-show reservations. This was not informed in your feedback, right? Not to mention that we help you saving 500 towing fee because we immediately advise that your car was going to be towed. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience. But allow us to inform that most of our guests are thrilled with the excellent service that we are known for.Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Hello, Shari, Thank you so much for your feedback. Please note that our check in starts at 4 PM . There is an early check in fee that is 50 + tax for any arrival around 10 AM. Before 10 AM we charge 60 % of the daily rate or we do make a special price. As all our guests know the check in time, they usually come around this hour if they do not want to pay an early check in fee, if there are rooms available. It is not about poor business, actually is about settling business procedures. Also, if a guest arrives at 3PM and the room is ready, we do not charge early check in fee, as it happens in a lot of hotels. We appreciate your comment, and we hope to see you soon at the hotel.

We indeed just a walk around and crossing Collins Avenue, hence i dont think this is a surprise.Microwave is available in the property. Please bear in mind this is Hotel and Hotel rooms, not an apartment with a kitchenette. Its a different product.I dont know exactly what time you arrived at the hotel, however formal check in time starts at 4pm, other before that is not guaranteed, meaning that if you got the room earlier than that those are great news even waiting 1h45.We would like to thank you for staying at Pestana Miami South Beach.
