No fue buena lamentablemente. No hubo servicio de.limpieza y hasta las cosas más básicas tuvimos que proveer las. Como el papel del baño y el café de la cafetera. La limpieza siempre tuvo una excusa para no venir. Hasta llegaron a decir que dejé un cartel que no entren, cuando no había uno ni yo tenía. El día del check out el encargado me había dado por escrito un check out a las 13 ha. Y la limpieza me amenazó de cobrarme un medio día más si no me iba antes de las 12. U n estrés. El lugar es muy lindo. Pero el servicio de atención de la propiedad es muy malo.

was terrible when we just come to unit bed layers looks not clean,table under glass old oil,dast was around the place . After third night stay there we fill with wife some bugs bait us in night. Just 5 stars I can give Steven his try help us move to different hotel but all was book. His call for cleaning service lady clean the room . After his give us credit $200.00 . I will never rent from third party

Great weekend getaway!
It was nice! My only complaint, the previous guest had set the alarm clock and we didn't realize it, so it woke us up both days (because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off and forgot to ask for help before we went back to bed). Also, the cleaning lady overlooked the pack of camel cigarettes that were on the floor under the chair on the balcony from the previous guests.

Very good location, nice, clean apartments.
We booked this room at the orbitz wiin the evening with 94% discount. The room was very clean, no smells and overall in good condition. The kitchen was really good equipped. Though the bathroom needs some renovation.

We only manage the private units and have little control on what the hotel does as unfortunately we do not employ the hotel front desk/employees and we are limited to only services provided within the room itself and are therefore greatly affected if you had negative experiences outside the room with your negative review. The hotel lobby look really nice, and the rooms are big. Furniture is outdated and old. The most shocking thing was that the condo room I stayed at does not have cleaning services. I have stayed at many condo hotels and this is the first. Then we were charged $100 per day to use beach and towels. The entire thing was a nightmare. We ordered food at the beach and the waitress was kind enough to go to our room to collect cash for the bill, that's right my key card was only to open the door to my room, whom ever stays at condo units don't have the privilege to use the room key for any purchases, that means carrying cash to the beach at all times.

Not What i expected
When booking this room i thought i was staying in the hotel i was fooled by the fine print instead I’m staying in someone’s room sub let to myself the shower head barely shoots water the toilet is broken and it was more expensive then a normal room here but hey my fault right the lotions and shampo are half used i guess it’s my fault for not reading the fine print also extra charges on top of charges ( also this place smells like mildew)

Las instalaciones del hotel son siempre perfectas. Ahora esta habitacion particularmente la 2211 es privada, la limpieza pobre, la atencion mala, el servicio pesimo, no funcionaba la caja de seguridad ni el wifi, lo cual lo manjfeste a los administradores de erorental y nada hicieron por solucionarlo. El checkin es malisimo por depender de ellos tambien. No cometo este error nunca mas

Horrible experience
I booked through Expedia thinking I was paying for a regular trump room as I had spoken on the phone with Expedia and they said it was privately owned the room and it would be an additional $100 per couple .. each guest after would be additional $50 for use of amenities . So I told Expedia I would online as the amenities charges showed up as $100 odd dollars for the entire stay . Come to find when I spoke with the private owned within 10 minutes that wasn’t the case .. it was an additional $100 a night for use of amenities they would not allow me to cancel within 15 minutes per private owners . Already after paying Aprox $1400 for 5 nights . So we arrived at the trump hotel and I was locked out on a 15 story balcony for 45 min . The toilet was broken .. the cell phone provided was behind the dresser . There was mold in the bathroom . There were no shuttle services that they had advertised . The main nice pool and 2 hot tubs were closed . There was no free breakfast as advertised . There was no room service . Cleaning room when called . I called the evening of arrival n voiced complaints to owner who said maintence would cone and fix doors and toilet the next morning . They did not arrive. I called again to say we really have a problem withroulet and doors they still did not come . The night before check out the toilet was over flowing and water all over bathroom . In compensation I received a $150 voucher for next visit or to give to a friend . Every guest gets this . Insult

Hello, we are sorry the fees has been overlooked as how it was advertised on Expedia website. We make sure everything, nightly rate, taxes and cleaning fees,resort fees and security deposit, are clearly indicated on the listing in their website. We also do not have control over the amenities of the hotel. We want to make this right for you and we want to regain your trust to book with us again in the future with high hopes. Thank you!

We book a Condo and when we arrived, we found it was the infamous Trump tower. We were misguided from the very beginning, there was a wrtten price and we end paying 10 times the amount without an opportunity to cancel the reservation. It is inimaginable that in order to bring prople to stay at that Horrible place, they offer a sea front Condo and bring you to this auwful place.

A água era marrom, não tinha telefone no apto, o cofre não funcionava, cobraram US $100 amid por dia para usar os serviços do hotel mas não tinha como acessar os mesmos. Tínhamos que usar nossos celulares para ligar reclamando e ficavam de retornar e nada. Acabamos trocando de hotel. Nunca tive um atendimento tão ruim .

Don't rent from private owners
Horrible experience. We rented from private owners at trump hotel Eros rentals. So many restrictions additional $100 per day fee to use facilities . Room was dirty they didn't even put a bottle of water. Room will not be ready until 4pm on the dot. They will not refund you even if you cancel on same day. Stay away from this rental company.

Buyer Beware!
Trump Private Ocean condos has zero affiliation with standards at Trump international! Trump private Condos rooms have not been updated since the building was put up it seems. Photos on the site you are purchasing is not even close to what the rooms look like at all. I have travelled for 12 years all over the country and never saw a business run this way for the money you pay to stay there. Beware there is a little to no chance once you purchase the private condo by selling you on the amazingly fake pictures of their rooms you will get any of your purchase back. I was very respectful in writing this as i want to say much much more.

Trump Small Print
This was a nice place but nobody answered the calls for room cleaning. The small print costs us $600 extra. $100 a day each for beach access, towels, exercise room access. $150 for breakfast for 4 people. The staff catered to the Russian visitors and totally ignored us on many occasions. The pictures on the website were totally inaccurate which was disappointing. We thought this was a condo which is in the title but all it was a room with 2 beds. The advertisement showed a common area which was inaccurate. It shows a couch which was not there. When I asked the front desk they said it was a private owner and they could not do anything to assist. They did offer the condo that was in the pictures for $4500.00 a week. This totally ruined our 1st vacation without kids in 25 years. We will not use this site again and will warn our friends about it.

Increíblemente MALA la ATENCIÓN de ERORENTALS por el privado, jamás nos desatendieron de esa forma. El hotel expectacular como siempre. El personal del Trump muy atento y predispuesto para resolver los muchos inconvenientes que tuvimos con el privado.

Bad experience.
The room we received was on the 5th. floor right above the central air conditioning units, which produced a deafening and constant noise. We had to keep the balcony door closed at all times and were unable to enjoy the balcony because of the noise. The room was small for the price, felt unkept. There was no ironing board and the ancient coffee machine was old and never cleaned. It was advertised as a room with a kitchenette but there were no appliances for cooking or even warm up food. There was no toaster and not even a workable tea kettle (it was missing the electrical cord). The TV set had to be operated for some reason by two remote controls. AARP should look into this matter so other senior citizens shouldn't be taken for a ride. Sincerely, Sam.

Never stay at Trump international Hotels!
The WORST and most expensive, hidden cost hotel i've ever stayed at!!!!!!!! $117 room turned out to be a $374 nightmare... "Private Residense" with nothing more than a thin Hotel room with the kitchenette where I was expecting a separate living room and bedroom. Very misrepresented by it's labeling. The Little mini refrigerator what is leaking all over the floor and did not have hot water for a shower and had to use the the gym shower instead.

Hi, I am terribly sorry that you were not satisfied with the fees that is collected by this property for your booking to be complete. Prior to booking, the property page you booked at states the $100/day resort fee that is collected by the hotel front desk which covers valet parking ($27/day otherwise), 2 passes to the spa (value of $50), 2 beach chair rentals (Value of $30), free shuttle service and free internet. This is a fee collected by the hotel for their amenities and not collected by us, the management company. Please contact us for a credit towards future bookings for the inconvenience that you experienced! As far as the room types, our Junior Suites and Deluxe Studios do not have a close off bedroom but our Junior Suites do have a small living area. Our 1 bedroom suites have a closed off bedroom and living/dining area. We strongly recommend to preview the photos of the room type you choose so we can properly accommodate your needs! We did not receive any complaint from you regarding the shower and fridge so please reach out to us next time so we can resolve any issues immediately. Very nice experience
We had a great time at the hotel. It was beautiful and the room had the best view. Didn't realize it was a private unit at first but the staff was very helpful and made sure we had all of the info we needed to make it easy for us. They were available when we called and gave us a late checkout at no charge. Would definitely come back

Stay away from the private rooms!
I booked this hotel through Expedia and was never made aware that this was a "private" room. So the resort was not responsible issues with the room. Although the WiFi was supposed to be included it never worked. The TV also never worked and I found the day after I checked in that housekeeping was not included. Terrible experience!!!

Hi, Can you please contact us so we can retrieve your reservation? We are always here 24/7 should you need any assistance and we have wifi working in all units. We have available staff to be at the unit immediately and had we been notified about the TV we would have upgraded you immediately at no charge to another room while that problem gets handled. Sometimes the issue can be as minor as a battery replacement needed in a remote etc, but we can assure you that our staff are always here for any requests or anything needed. Housekeeping is included in your stay at checkout and should you need additional housekeeping you can notify us at anytime. Truly Awful and Deceptive
Checking was a breeze and front desk staff very pleasant. I expected the extra $100 USD per night "resort fee", which is in addition to the fees paid online. It's deceiving and should be illegal to be deceptive like that, and it seriously inflated the cost of the room. It should have listed the total cost on Hotels.com. The Room was disgusting. It was listed as 1100sq ft, but it was full of dead corners and totally unusable space - I have stayed in 400 Sq ft rooms that were more functional. I was shocked at the condition of the room. Dirty walls, torn and bagged out furniture with stains all over them. The kitchen cupboards had their fake plastic wood peeling off of them, the shower door was falling apart, the soap dispenser in the shower was ripped off the wall and the remaining bracket left behind was full of black mould, it has double sinks but one of them was clogged. The towels were super low quality and felt like sand paper, the tub was tiny and awkwardly placed in a poorly designed bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky from the time we walked in. It was a private room rental from ERO and nothing to do directly with the Trump Hotel. Therefore, you can't complain to the hotel. There is no daily room service. Even at the hugely discounted prices, this was not worth it. It felt like a 2 star hotel. Room 605 needs a total renovation. Good points: the valet parking is efficient and included, the sheets on the bed were great and the bed was comfortable.

We are surprised by your feedback and would have had all issues resolved immediately upon being contacted by our 24/7 staff. The resort fees are collected by the hotel so we are limited to those charges and you get the valet parking, spa passes, beach chair rentals and much more with that. We would have upgraded you immediately should the room not been up to 5 star standards so please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can make this up to you as we want your absolute satisfaction!

Fizemos a reserva do quarto Trivago que foi direcionado ao Expedia. O anuncio estava descrito com um valor e não era claro que se tratava de um apartamento PRIVADO e não uma reserva de Hotel convencional. Chegando no check-in descobrimos que, além de ser Privado, não dispúnhamos de nenhuma assistência do Hotel como Camareira, Toalhas, etc, e além disso fomos obrigado a pagar uma taxa de $100.00 POR DIA a mais para ficar lá.

Hacemos todo lo posible para asegurarnos de que se muestra correctamente antes y durante el proceso de reserva. Esta tarifa de complejo asegura que no tendrá que pagar aparcacoches (más de $ 35 / día), acceso al spa (más de $ 50 / día), Wifi (más de $ 15 / día), alquiler de sillas de playa (más de $ 30 / día) Con mucho más. Loved our stay
The hotel is in the safest part of Miami beach and great for everyone. The beach is very clean and beautiful; breathtaking in fact. The room was spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed I have had in a long time. Staff was very helpful if you had a question or concern. Even the valet was very fast. My family had a perfect stay here and would definitely want to return.

The room was extremely dirty, mold and spider webs on walls, yellowish colored linen. Dirty carpet. Very poor toiletries, old non matching furniture. Room was isolated from the hotel as it had no telephone so you can't order in. The room smelled moldy and musty we could barely sleep in it without feeling sick. A resort fee of $100 was charged which is extremely unusual price and was not mentioned before we booked the room.

Dear Guest, We are terribly sorry that you did not have the up-most best experience at our property. We typically upgrade for free if a guest does not enjoy the room they were assigned. We understand that grout can accumulate over time and this property is over 10 years old so the fixtures may not be all that new. We do our best to try to shine our fixtures as often as possible and would have resolved these issues immediately. There was no mold in this room just grout/dirt and the resort fees are mentioned clearly at the time of booking. You could order to the room with cell phone we provided for you at no additional cost. A cell phone is usually more advantageous than a landline phone especially for those traveling from abroad! Please reach out to us so we can make it up to you and ensure your up-most satisfaction as we truly hope to see you again at our property and thrive for customer service!

La hab. Estaba sucia, no habian cambiado las sabanas, el baño estaba sucio, con olor a humedad, nunca funciono el internet, no hicieron la limpieza ni una vez, al ser una hab privada, no es parte de los servicios del hotel, realmente no fue una buena experiencia

privacy and comfort are a big problems here
Pro: beach front (which can be access for free) large Pool Con 1. parking is an issue, the only way to park is by valet parking, and it takes a long time 2. front desk does not have enough staff; it had times that was no staff at the front desk The 3. lobby is small, no enough space to relax and have a pleasant conversation. 4. The air conditioner was leaking water and no cooling properly; no one came to fix it. 5. there is a privacy issue, another guest opened the room at 1105 am before we did check out. 6. continental breakfast is $25 per person + drinks + 18% overprice and the food was no even excellent. 7. Spa is small 8. internet access is super slow + they charge per Kb of data used 9. no land line (phone in room), there is only a cell phone!!!! really!!!!! 10. bed is no comfortable and pillows are old. 11. some of the waterfalls of the pools were not working 12. price per night is not $174 is $475 per night

Antonio we are sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience during your stay. Because you booked a private unit some of the services and amenities are different from a traditional hotel stay. We provide a cell phone and hotspot to allow our guests to have portable phone and internet access throughout the hotel and do not charge guests unless there is an excessive amount of data used. It is not common for there to be no staff at the front desk so I will share your concerns regarding that and the fees with the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby with lots of seating to allow guests to unwind outside of their room. This area has been designated to allow traffic to flow smoothly throughout the rest of the lobby as there are always guests checking in and out. Finally we have sent maintenance to repair the a/c issues and the room has been brought to hotel standard. While we regret that we were unable to improve your experience we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our service and accommodations.

Good level hotel in the heart of Sunny Isles
Hotel is located on the beautiful Sunny Isles beach. Nice pools .Good overall service. Close to variety of restaurants of all types of cousine right on Collins avenue. A bit costly though ,but overall good experience.

Never again
Didn't realize we were renting a private condo. Rental co. Didn't send our reservation over. Room was ok. Dirty sheets. Tv didn't work. Couldn't manage A.C. Couldn't use Internet. Cyrus the manager was nice. But overall stay sucked. Will never use Expedia again.

PRIVATE ROOM
esto es un PRIVATE ROOM, por lo que HAY QUE PAGAR APARTE los servicios del hotel que son usd 100 por dia(y aunque no lo uses DEBES pagarlo al ingresar al building).Luego todo es excelente, valet parking, pileta, infraestructura, servicio en la playa, etc. La habitacion esta muy bien, falta un poco de luz (poner una luz en el techo u otra lampara de pie) y faltaria un set de repuesto de toallas y sabanas, ya que es un condo SIN servicio de habitacion y para 5 dias deberia haber un set de repuesto.
Gracias por tus comentarios. Su habitación debería haber sido equipado con dos juegos de toallas para cada huésped . Este problema se resolverá con la limpieza para evitar cualquier error en el futuro . Sus sugerencias serán forwared a las empresas para que el espacio para el mejor estándar . De lo contrario, estamos contentos de que haya disfrutado de su estancia en el complejo Trump y esperamos contar con usted como huésped en el futuro .
