This hotel was great! The pool, workout room and cleanliness stood out. However, the vinyl flooring was so dirty it made our feet black from walking on it so a good mopping could be helpful. The patio and views from it were amazing! It’s walking distance to a few parks and the bay as well as food and entertainment. Pretty much all of the restaurants nearby are really fancy so bring your nice attire and lots of money! Overall great stay and would definitely return.

Parking was included which is a great value because parking is expensive. Pool is beautiful, staff at pool is great. We enjoyed our balcony every morning for coffee. Hotel staff all kind an helpful. We did not do much cooking but it was great to have the kitchen available The location is perfect , walkable and close to too many bars and restaurants to count.

It was a crowded area to stay, being so close to Coconut Grove. The room was fine, although mirror was smudge and bathroom had areas that seemed patched. Host was great about responding.

The room and amenities were great. The arrival was disastrous. The host had not uploaded our name to the building's system and the front desk didn't know our room number such that they could generate a key for us. We waited for a solid hour to make contact with the host after calling four different phone numbers, sending messages on the VRBO app, and calling VRBO customer support. Finally, at long last the host called back and entered in the information, but it was a bad way to start our vacation.

Would benefit from an update- broken floor tiles in kitchen. Kitchen sink hot/cold is backwards and very loose. 1-2 bath faucet too close to sink- or poor installation of sink. Jets on tub were moldy. A/c not balanced- bedroom is warm. Balcony is great. Glass could use a cleaning. Packets next to coffee pot of sugar etc was opened.

Excellent Studio

What an excellent unit. Had everything we needed. The area, Coconut Grove was just so nice. We walked every night. Great restaurants to choose from. The Biscayne Bay was beautiful. Parking was simple.

Nice

Hotel Arya is nice. It was clean. The pool was fantastic and so was the hot tub. We needed a place where we could cook our own meals so having a kitchen and all the things needed to cook was important. The frying pan in the specific suite we were in needs replaced. It was falling apart. Other than that, no complaints on the room. Having a gym was another reason we chose to stay here but it was lacking. The equipment was quite dated. Not heavy enough weights for my partner. We did really enjoy the area. Coconut grove is a cute area. Tons of restaurants and shops and it’s right by the water.

Perfect Retreat!

My stay was perfect! It was peaceful, conveniently located and fully stocked with everything I needed. The maintenance staff addressed any issue promptly. The gym and parking was convenient. It was exactly what I needed to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the bath tub was big, the mirrors were a great touch! I will stay again. Over all great stay!! Jennifer Viera

Coconut Grove Stay

Excellent location, room was perfect. Restaurant was only disappointment. Limited menu and restaurant unappealing. Asking to pay before you eat was a turnoff.

Beautiful Condo & Great Location!

The condo was spacious and clean. We always stay at the Arya hotel when we are in town--the location can't be beat. If you like a firm bed, this unit however is not for you. I prefer a hard mattress so I had a hard time sleeping but this is preferential.

Don’t need to rent a car if you stay here. Close to airport and neighborhood is very walkable with lots of good restaurants and things to do.
