The Space:

Serena unit offers amazing direct ocean views. Very spacious with 930 sqft - 88 sqm with open balcony overlooking the water. Centrally located in Miami Beach, minutes away from South Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour and close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mall, grocery stores etc..



★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 2 BEDROOMS with 2 FULL BATHROOMS :



✔ Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Trundle Bed (2 Twins), 1 Smart TV, Cable TV, and ensuite full bathroom

This is a gem!!

Well appointed condo with stunnng view. They thought of everything!! We spent a week here working remotely so their desk and monitor were fabulous, and many charging stations helped a lot. We enjoyed watching sunrise and the waves out windows while we worked. Gigantic TVs perfect for evening movies. Publix was a 25 min walk, and we cooked in stocked kitchen. This condo building did have construction noise during the day, on and off, every day during our stay. Unit management was kind to let us in slightly early with a early flight arrival. Highly recommend, we would love to return to this beautiful place!
