Guest Access:

+ Check-in window: Self check-in is available anytime between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Our team monitors the building entrance remotely during these hours to grant access. If your arrival falls outside this window, please message us in advance so we can arrange access for you — arrivals between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM cannot be accommodated without prior coordination.



+ Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license) required prior to arrival



+ Parking is assigned, guests must park only within their designated, marked space (no visitor parking available; improperly parked vehicles may be towed at owner's expense)



+ Key fobs and parking decal are left inside the unit; unit access code provided to guest before arrival



+ If arriving during office hours, lobby access can be provided by staff; outside office hours, guests use the intercom to reach us for remote access

Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:



+ No smoking (up to $250 fine)



+ Security Deposit: For VRBO bookings, a refundable security deposit of $300–$1,000 may be required, along with a signed rental agreement. No additional security deposit is required for Airbnb bookings.



+ Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in before 2:00 PM requires prior approval ($50 fee). Late checkout is available until 12:30 PM for $50 (subject to availability). Stays past 12:30 PM may result in a full night charge.



+ Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.



+ Luggage Storage: There is no luggage storage available in the building. We partner with Bounce to offer luggage storage at a lower price. Please inquire via messages to obtain the code.



+ Mail & Packages: Mail and packages are not accepted at the property. Please use nearby pickup locations at your own discretion.



+ Climate: Miami enjoys year-round tropical sunshine. Occasional short rain showers are common, so light rain gear is recommended. Stay hydrated and use sunscreen. You might also encounter lush urban greenery and occasional wildlife sightings.
