The condo was spacious and just a block or two from the beach. The 14th floor balcony had a nice view, especially at sunset. Nice beach chairs were provided, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable.There were some drawbacks: construction was ongoing, with blue plastic film over the windows and a lot of noise all day, every day, making it hard to enjoy being in the condo or at the pool. It was a lot of high-pitched drilling noise and not much privacy because workmen were often being raised and lowered on platforms on the side of the building, up and down past the condo.The layout of the condo is odd, with the master bedroom opening into a smaller room with a bed connected to one of the bathrooms. So people staying in the master bedroom have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the bathroom or to the rest of the condo.And finally, the elevators are really slow, with building policy stating that one service elevator at the end of the building next to the garage must be used when coming from/going to the beach with beach stuff (can't come in through the lobby, where there are additional, also very slow, elevators). Lots of people are there for the beach, and one elevator to serve 16 floors meant A LOT of time standing around waiting for the elevator.
