The Space:

4. Bedroom with two FULL-SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom.

5. Another bedroom offering a KING-SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.



*Additionally, two extra folding beds are available.



All bathrooms are equipped with necessary toiletries, and towels are provided for our guests.



FOR ADDED SECURITY, THE VILLA IS EQUIPPED WITH OUTDOOR CAMERAS MONITORING ENTRANCES AND EXITS, ENSURING THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS.



Our property undergoes professional cleaning and sanitation, adhering to CDC guidelines. It is meticulously inspected before each stay by our dedicated team.

Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north.



In Ojus there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its proximity to the beach makes this neighborhood even more special.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

Concerning bugs and critters: While we proactively spray the property, it's essential to acknowledge that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. If you happen upon any little critters, please be understanding. To minimize such encounters, we recommend keeping the doors closed.
