La struttura è molto datata e umida, pulizia inesistente e molto rumorosa. La posizione è l’unico lato positivo se si vuole essere comodi alla spiaggia, ma non la consiglierei. Nonostante il giorno successivo avessimo richiesto che venisse pulita l’abbiamo trovata sporca come prima.

Esci un'ora e mezza più tardi: paghi un giorno int
Camera con aria condizionata molto rumorosa, e vista... sul muro del palazzo vicino. Cuscini simili a mattoni. Pulizie ok Usciti alle 12.30 (con check-out previsto alle 11.00) e pagato l'intero giorno invece che un check-out posticipato: una vergogna!

Hôtel bien placé mais vétuste
Le point positif de l’hôtel est clairement son emplacement. Sur ocean drive, face à la mer. Parking à proximité pas trop cher (15$/jour). A savoir que le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours et que l’hôtel est vétuste. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement et de ménage serait nécessaire. Pour 2/3 nuits ça passe.

Ne chercher pas la porte d'entrée, puisqu'il faut passer par le café/resto pour trouver le bureau de la réception. Pas de klennex, presque pas de papier de toilette, une tâche sur la porte de la salle de bain de couleur brune. Les lits étaient propre.

My room was poor in some ways, average at best, but had a good bathroom, and the hotel was good, the staff were brilliant, everytime i asked for help or directions they were so helpful and friendly, and the location was amazing, doorstep to everthing, and the beach right across the road, enjoyed my stay here, to add to my anazing Holiday, Mick G UK 🇺🇸🙂❤

Older well maintained building. Wasn’t fancy but the location location location was great! Restaurant was very good…..don’t miss eating there. The staff at the hotel were really helpful & kind. I especially appreciated Patty, Suzy, Francesca, Luccia. They are more than happy to help you. Loved my stay here!!

Pros: the beds were surprisingly comfy, pillows too. (If not we would have walked out and found another place). The hotel is in the center of everything! Cons: Beware room 117, a ground-floor dump.In need of some serious upgrading with a nasty stained tile floor that you won't want to walk on with your bare feet. It feels like a flop house or a room that is rented by the hour. No nightstands, no light by the beds. The one large window looks onto an ally with blinds that do not shut the bright lights out at night so the whole room is light up. No coffee maker, not even a plastic cup should you need a drink of water. That said we loved the location, the room was surprisingly quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Maybe on the upper floors the rooms are better, but this was no "Supreme" double that we paid 175 a night for. One of the worst rooms I have ever rented in my 40 years of budget traveling.

The property has an excellent location, walking distance to everything and across from the beach. The property is clean, although the rooms are no longer serviced until you leave! Rubbish left from rooms in corridors for maids to collect each morning. It is now an air B&B and not a hotel, which would have been useful to know before arriving as would have changed my booking. No meals available at the hotel although a nice bistro right outside the property. The lady who works from 4pm is excellent, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean, but very tired. We stayed 3 nights, which was just enough.

Buena ubicación por un precio razonable.
Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación. En la mejor calle de Miami Beach. Al frente del mar y en la zona de los restaurantes. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento.

Very old hotel,needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable air conditioning worked. For one night it was ok. Front desk staff accommodating. Breakfast was good and quick service. Area is very lively....

Good, convenient location, walkable to main attractions including beaches and restaurants. Small and basic room, really old and small lift. Staff were friendly and helpful, however were not forthcoming in trying to resolve an issue I had with hotel charges.

All right, let's be blunt: You're staying here for one reason: Price divided by proximity to beach. Anything else is gravy. The bad: It's an older hotel and shows it. Rusted fixtures? Check. Tile floors that become ice rinks with moisture and no rugs, so you're tracking all the sand into bed? Check. Daily maid service? Ha! You. are. adorable. The good: Super friendly front desk staff , literally as close to the ocean as you can stay, nice area to walk. The shower pressure is like drinking from a fire hose once you adjust the baseline temp (hereafter referred to as "the sun"). Would I stay here again? Sure. A solid value for the money. Just know what to expect

Sängyt olivat hyvät ja siistit, huoneen yleisilme oli vanhahtava. Hotellin sijainti oli kätevä. Kävelyetäisyys rannalle, Espanola Waylle ja Lincoln roadille. Hotellin vierestä löytyi myös muutama pikkumarket ostoksille. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Otimme hotellin kautta retken Evegladesille, joka sekin oli hyvä. Olimme neljä yötä ja tuona aikana huonetta ei siivottu, varsinkin lattioissa ja roskanmäärässä se alkoi jo tuntua. Suihkun vettä ei saanut sopivalle, tuli joko liian kuumaa tai kylmää.

The internet is very bad to NILL. When we checked in, our bathroom ceiling was leaking water from above and the floor was wet. I would look for something more modern for this price range.

The cheapest hotel rate in south beach. But need to check out before 11.30 ,Also the bathroom door need to push it hard to close it. Staff are friendly and the best location!

Great location. Rooms could use some maintenance and updating. Good price though so was expected. If memory serves me correctly, the TV didn't have any available channels to watch without paying. I'd call ahead to confirm if it's a deal breaker.

Found our hotel for whenever we are in South Beach
It was fantastic! Location was great. We came in from a cruise and stayed 2 nights. Patty at the front desk was great. I cant wait to stay there again.

The property was pleasing, getting what you paid for. No frills, but the location is everything here. everything was really close by. I like the bar Directly in front of the property outside happy hour until 7 PM. 2 for 1 special for the 20z drinks! There is food as well! But seems everyone is coming for the drinks before dinner somewhere else . Beach is right across the street and the hotel provides towels in the room !

I wouldn’t stay again. This hotel is in an amazing location. But the room was dirty, furniture was extremely old and out dated, bed bed spring was really dirty.

Extrem schmutzig und heruntergekommen! Bei der Akunft hat das Zimmer vor Kakerlaken nur so gewimmelt. Der erste Gang ging zur Drogerie um Ungezieferspray zu kaufen. Hat nicht wirklich geholfen. Im Bad Schimmel, hinter dem Kühlschrank weitere Kakerlaken und Schmutz gefühlt von mehreren Jahren. Auf den Bettlaken und Handtüchern lange dunkle Haare. Unter der Matratze gebrauchte Taschentücher, Dreck und großflächige schwarze Flecken entweder von Schimmel oder Kot von Ungeziefer oder Bettwanzen. Dazu alles staubig und muffig . Einfach nur traurig, dass ein "Hotel" in dieser guten Lage so heruntergekommen ist. Es gibt in Miami Beach deutlich bessere Hostels als dieses Hotel. Wenn man auch nur ansatzweise angenehm wohnen möchte, sollte man dieses Hotel meiden! Die bunte Fassade und die Lage täuscht über den marroden Zustand hinweg!

Unbelievable Experience
Rooms are misrepresented in the photo. There is no lobby so while waiting for valet to arrive (a 20 min.wait) I sat at the curbside table in front of the hotel. I and one other couple were seated in this area that accommodates approx. 50 . I was asked to leave by the waitress and told management doesn't allow anyone to wait there. I explained I was a guest at the hotel and would be leaving in a few minutes. She very rudely told me to go stand on the corner. I can understand not sitting in this area if there were people waiting to be seated but there were never more than 4 people in this area the 12 hours I was there. I stayed at the Breakwater Hotel on previous occasions and was never treated in this manner. Hope you can decide for future reference to respect your guests(also noted another elderly couple she approached in the same manner) and be assured I will not book here again.
